This property was perfect and just as described. Situated beautifully on the Big Thompson River! We enjoyed sitting on the deck, fishing, the wildlife, and the location was perfect! We highly recommend and would absolutely book again!
Beautiful property with an abundance of wildlife, great location to downtown and th Rocky Mountain National Park! Property has a great layout with all the amenities you could possibly need.
We loved our stay. The end unit was great to have. Deer walked through the backyard. The kids enjoyed playing in the creek out back. Location was great. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
On the river with granddaughter out the back door fishing was priceless. Very comfortable end unit. Close to Estes happenings Looking forward to another stay at this property
Condo was immaculate inside. Couches were comfy which was great after a long day hiking in RMNP. Proximity to the park and to downtown Estes was perfect. Listening to the rushing creek outside while grilling was very peaceful. 10/10 We would stay here again.
We loved the location, sense of privacy and overall accommodations. When a bed was found to be broken upon arrrival, the management fixed it the same day.
This condo was in an excellent location, just steps from the flowing Big Thompson river, with beautiful views, a peaceful setting that was very roomy, well decorated, and perfect for an hour family of 6. Its location is less than five minutes from downtown Estes Park, which has some fabulous restaurants, lots of activities for kids, shopping, and beautiful views of the mountains. We would definitely rent it again. The property management staff was exceptional!
Property was great nice quiet and relaxing. Easy to get to. Wildlife was great. If I make a suggestion, put felt pads under feet of chair legs of dinning room set.
The condo is very nice on the inside. Some small items need to be repaired. There is no air conditioning so you must open the windows for ventilation on the warmer days. We happened to have one of those warmer days and the interior was quite warm. A few windows are unable to open due to damaged latches. Overall, very comfortable place. My biggest issue is the patio. You are right by a beautiful stream and would love to spend a lot of time out there, but the furniture is minimal and dirty, and the grill is an outright lie. The listing stated it had a grill, it even pictured it. If you are on a long road trip you might want to not eat in yet another restaurant and I wanted to grill up a nice meal. What we found was a rusted out hulk, with a broken igniter and not even a gas tank installed. I started reading reviews and this was reported repeatedly going back several years. I cannot fathom how you can advertise a grill yet you know darn well it is not functional for several years. That is misleading enough for me to not recommend this place. There are too many wonderful options nearby. Spend some time and money making the repairs to this place that are reported in the reviews and you just might have a charming place on your hands.
Nice quiet riverside location. Some very nice features. Could use some upgrades. Beds were OK. TV’s with 3 & 4 remotes was a mess to get the game. Did have to report a couple of damaged area.
In the end…we would rent here again.
Wonderful location close to RMNP and even closer to town, that felt private and "in the woods" with a stream and walking path out back. Clean and well stocked. The garage was a nice treat. I would stay here again!
We had a wonderful time staying in this property. It is right on the river and we saw lots of wildlife right from the property. It had almost all of what we needed, though we would have liked a few more washcloths and some dishrags or sponges for the kitchen. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would returnz
We were in town for a wedding staying three nights. It met our needs perfectly with 4 adults and 2 children. It was everything we hoped for and more. The location is wonderful, the home was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The stream out back had a trail to walk on and was very relaxing to sit at the chairs and drink your coffee. It will definitely go back.
Enjoyed the property. Great location. Home accessories need updating and repair. For example, there were two washcloths in entire home, toaster broken, knives dull, can opener broken, overhead exhaust of cooktop broken.

Nice location
The unit was advertised for having a grill, called to get the tank filled. Come to find out the grill is just for show, it was broken. I was disappointed with the condition of the place for the price point of the unit. The walls in the kitchen were dirty, and walls going up the stairs looks like it had 20 yrs of bags banged against them. The amenities/appliances provide were bare bones. For me it was the coffee pot, old pot and the carafe was not the correct one for the maker. You would pull out the carafe and the coffee would run all over the counter. Something like buying the correct carafe for the brew station says a lot about the rental owner/ management. You can tell this has been a rental for a long while. Nice location to town though.
The condo was a great location, in proximity to the RMNP, and it was an added bonus that we were within 50’ of the river. We saw elk from the back porch as well as mule deer and a momma duck and ducklings, this was an awesome treat for our kids. The condo was well furnished making our stay nice and relaxing. The only reason for not being a five star review was that the kitchen faucet was broken as well as one eye in the stove. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Little things need fixed.
Property was clean. However, there were several little issues that need attention: handles on both downstairs toilets fell completely off, so we had to flush from inside the tank the entire time we were there; the deck sliding door screen was broken and we couldn’t get the sliding door closed all the way! Window blinds were broken; fan cover above microwave was broken; corner of coffee table broken; soap dispenser on kitchen sink broken; there’s a hole in the wall in downstairs bedroom’s bathroom; someone has crunched the wall in the garage while parking.
Like I said, it was clean, but several little things need repaired. The main complaint was the toilet issue.
We had a great stay here! Fantastic location, comfortable, lots of wildlife! Loved that it was a close walk to Coffee On The Rocks, our fav coffee place.

Requires attention
As we approached from our drive to the location, we reached out to seek an opportunity to perhaps secure an early check in. We requested an hour. We were advised this was not an option as the site needed time to provide an appropriate cleaning and inspection of the property prior to our arrival. As we arrived at the designated time, there were numerous indications that the cleanliness and inspection were far below basic standards. The floors were dirty and we cleaned up hair, food, pebbles and mud from the floors throughout. We cleaned grease out of one of the kitchen drawers and found dried food on a spatula in another drawer that appeared to be potatoes or batter. We cleaned up blood in two locations and a spot of a brown substance off the wall near the toilet on the second floor bath. The kitchen counters had food or grease on them. There was a film in the second floor shower and it appeared someone had shaved a moose in there as well. The refrigerator had food pieces inside and some sort of sticky substance on one of the shelves. There was a leaking Ziplock bag under one of the beds upstairs that was filled with an unknown clear liquid. I could continue, but the property was not clean.
The property is poorly maintained and I am unclear the scope of the inspection. The sliding rear screen is torn, and needs replaced to keep out bugs. The gas grill was dirty, has an empty soda can tossed in the cabinet area. The igniter has been damaged and the battery compartment was gone
