We got to the property 2 hours early and it was ready for us. Basics were all there so no need to pack washing up items, cloths etc. Pint of milk a bottle of bubbly and some lovely homemade shortbread was a lovely touch. Place was spotlessly clean and the bed was a super comfy super king. Hot tub is totally private but has to be accessed through the yard so bring flip flops and towels for the hot tub. The stables are all around and the horses are extremely well looked after, we enjoyed seeing them being groomed and hosed down in the afternoon. Owners are very helpful and allowed us to use a fenced in field to let our dog off lead which was great. Amazing walks down to the stream and spring and some lovely places to eat locally. A short drive and you’re on the Pennine way with breathing views. We totally relaxed here and would highly recommend!
