Great apartment on the ground floor with communal pool, residential 8 apartments only 2 floors high, (ground floor and 1st floor) the apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, (one with two bunk beds and one with a double bed), living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, 45 m private terrace with barbecue. community area with great pool and natural grass. 50 m from plaza with playground, ambulatory 150m, supermarket 150m, beach about 10 minutes walk. quiet area, ideal families, 5 km from golf course, 3 km from marina, 20 km from Reus airport, 15 minutes from Port-aventura. great beaches without crowds of people (area of coves and long beach area)

Adapté pour les enfants

Un grand parc pour les enfants vraiment proche, la piscine nickel, l'appartement fonctionnel (1 pour le lave vaisselle et lave linge). Le seul bémol c'est le bruit (cloison très fines et parc occupé jusqu'à au moins minuit mais qui ne s'entend pas à l'intérieur). Dans l'ensemble plutôt un bon séjour.

Super séjour, qui a commencé par un très bon accueil de Bonifacio et sa femme. L'appartement était exactement comme indiqué dans l'annonce, propre et à proximité de toutes commodités . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Vacances d'été

L'appartement est très bien placé, en face un très grand parc pour enfants, et possibilité d'aller a pied au grand supermarché, et tres proche de la mer. Très agréable pour la clim et la piscine, avec une grande terrasse. Point négatif : un voisin du dessus qui regarder tous nos faits et gestes, et qui raconte de faux ragot au propriétaire , et un barbecue sur la terrasse dont nous n'avons pas le droit de s'en servir , possibilité d'utilisé un barbecues commun à l'arrière de l'appartement donc pas trop pratique c'est bien dommage Boni le propriétaire est très gentil et l'appartement était super pour la semaine nos enfants etait contents

Séjour en août, 4 personnes : Agréable séjour dans cet appartement, propre et confortable (la climatisation est un vrai +), situé dans un quartier résidentiel accueillant ; grande terrasse appréciable ; piscine -commune- accessible facilement sans trop de promiscuité. Vacaciones en familia

La casa está muy bien. Tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar. La piscina del apartamento es muy tranquila. Recomendable para familias. Mejoraría el tener wifi en la casa y añadir en el menaje alguna fuente más o cuenco para guardar la comida, pero por lo demás está todo muy bien. Hay un supermercado a 5 minutos andando. La playa está más alejada (15/20 minutos andando) y es playa de piedras.

Le logement ne correspond pas à l annonce

Rien ne fonctionne dans ce logement impossible de se faire à manger car la vitrocéramique ne fonctionnait pas tout était sale et vétuste le mobilier tout est à changer

Bonjour Valerie. Tu sais que ce que tu dis este faux, que riende ce que tu dis n'est vrai. Ce qui se pase, c'est que vous n'avex pas aimé que nous attirons votre attention parce que vous étes partí avante l'heure et avez laissé la maison ouvertes avec les clés a l'interieur. Le mobilier este neuf, tout fonctionne correctamente et la maison était prope et les photos sont actuelles. Si necessaire je peux mettre une copié des commentaires que nous vous avon fait en privé. Sino tout est correcte, nous n'avons rien a rendiré de votre part, seulement les clés, la maison a été laissé en bon état et assez propre. Avec nos meilleures salutations

séjour magnifique

nous avons énormement aimé notre séjour l 'appartement spacieux tres fonctionnel et ilne manquait rien . terrasse tres grande agréable barbecue salon de jardin; la clim nous as beaucoup servi tres utile. la piscine tres grande tres agréable acces a deux pas un joli coin de verdure autour de la piscine pour se reposer une douche bref parfait. l 'acceuil chaleureux et tres sympathique . la ville les plages l'animation dans laville tout était parfais . nos deux filles de 18 et 20 ans se sont régalés festivals et soirée a gogo . nous retournerons sans aucun doute l 'année prochaine ; nous vous remercions a tres bientot
