This beautifully decorated condo is perfect for a romantic beach getaway , or that family vacation easily accommodating a group of four.

*In the living room there is a queen size pullout sofa bed, a very comfy swivel chair, and a 55" high definition TV.
*Full Kitchen equipped with everything you would need to cook for your family or special someone. We have it all, from cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, crock pot, skillet, bottle openers and even a lime press!
*You can enjoy your meals with seating for four at the bar, dining room table, or on the balcony watching the sunrise or set on the ocean.

Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort is the largest master planned resort in Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) It offers an abundance of activities for everyone including Golf at the Links, SPA complete with skin treatments and massages, a series of Pools, Hot Tubs and Lazy Rivers w/Rafts, El Citron Fine Cusine Restaurant and NEW Las Maria Premium Hamburgers in Phase I, The Coffee Shop were they serve specialty coffees plus drinks and soft drinks also ice cream and pastries , Bars, Swim-Up-Bars, Lounge Chairs with optional face shields and Palapas on the Beach. Also available is an fully equipped Exercise Room in Phase I and BBQ's throughout.

This unit is in rental pool. Only guests with wristbands will have all Resort amenities.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reservation Policy:
- Reservation holder must be over 25 to stay at the resort.
- All changes will have a $25.00 fee.
- No changes allowed within 10 days of arrival date.
- Changes of Holiday reservation will have a penalty of $150.00.
- Visa and Mastercard excepted.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation more than 11 days prior to scheduled arrival date
full amount minus $150 Cancellation Fee.
- Cancellation within 10 days of arrival NO Refund.
- No Refunds for no shows or early departures.
- No refunds in case of eviction ZERO tolerance policy.
- No refund for holidays.
- All cancellations or changes must be made via e-mail.

Other:
- Check-In: 4.00pm.
- Check-Out: 11.00am.
- Late Check-Out will be at Noon only with prior authorization.

Security Deposit:
-Upon check in at the Resort, please be advised that you will be required to leave
a security deposit of $150.00 USD payable in CASH or CREDIT CARD ONLY
(NO DEBIT) for any damages or losses occurring to the condominium during
your stay. This deposit will be refunded upon your check out if no damages or
losses occur.

Friends wedding weekend

Great getaway to Rocky Point

This is a great condo in the best resort in town, right on the beach, great pools, bar, restaurants. Poolside view is the best.

I grew up in Asheville N.C. and joined the Air Force after high school. I finished my Air Force career in Las Vegas at Nellis Air Force Base. After getting out of the Air Force in 1999 decided to stay in the Las Vegas area.

Why they chose this property

I was taken to Rocky Point by a friend who has been vacationing here for over 25 years with his family and I fell in love with the place. I chose this property because it is in a great location in the best resort with the most activities and of course the best pool. Also I live in Las Vegas and the previous owner also lives in Las Vegas. The condo was 602 which is the area code of my friend who first brought me to Rocky Point so all the signs were aligned.

What makes this property unique

I love my condo location and all of it's resort amenities. The pool here is awesome as well as the restaurants. When I arrive the staff welcomes me home and are there for me if I need anything. Rocky Point is a very relaxing place and the staff and the locals are very nice.
