Welcome to my new and fully renovated apartment in Athens! My new flat is designed with all the comforts required for a great and cosy stay in Athens! My place is 50m2, consists of: 1 bedroom, a living room with a big sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom! All spaces are fully renovated in October 2018! The flat is located very close to Syggrou av. one of the main roads of Athens, about 15min from Acropolis and main attractions and just 16min walk from Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center.

Why they chose this property

My flat is located in a peaceful and safe area of Athens. Going down Mikinon str. you get to Dimosthenous str. where you can find many coffee places, bakeries. A big super market (Market IN) is located at Sokratous str. 1' walk from my flat. Many buses that take you to city center are just 2' walk. You should definitely take a walk to Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center! Do not forget Flisvos Marina!
