Cape Cod style home in Fayetteville , WV voted coolest small town. This home has 3 bedrooms, 1 on main level and 2 upstairs. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and one bedroom has two full size beds. Large living room, dining room and equipped kitchen. Small covered porch off the first floor bedroom for morning coffee or evening drink. Garage game room area with ping pong table. Large backyard for evenings around the fire pit.
We do allow pets it is $75 extra for the stay.

The house is conveniently located close to hiking trails, the NPS Visitor Center, and outdoor adventure companies. The dogs loved the large fenced in yard and having bark offs with the neighborhood pups. The house was clean and communication with the host was easy.

The house was cute. It was at a great location with tons to do around it. The smell of the home wasn't great and it wasn't very clean. There was an ant infestation that had all the outside furniture covered to where you couldn't sit down on it. The house had millions crawling up it and they were getting into the upstairs bathroom. The basement was covered with spider webs which we cleaned up with the broom but it should have definitely been cleaned up before our arrival. The bedrooms weren't listed accordingly. There were 2 queens upstairs but it shows 2 double beds in one of the rooms which we needed.

Lots of nice touches in this cozy cottage. Incredibly comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of towels, and a very nice guest welcome package. This was perfect for our family of 5 "Bridge Day" weekend trip whitewater rafting. We really enjoyed the ping pong table too!

Wonderful location with great beds!

This house is in the perfect location to visit Fayetteville. The beds are really comfortable so you will get a great nights sleep. It is perfect for pets too.

Family reunion

Birthday getaway

Stayed there for 3 days for a birthday getaway. The yard was perfect for our dog, and it was a prime location to all the major hikes in new river gorge. Hosts were great, attentive, and provided a wonderful stay! Would recommend to anyone coming to stay at new river gorge.

Great property close to all major attractions

Property was very clean, check in was easy and all the major attractions were close by. High speed internet and ping pong were nice. If you have more than 2 cars you’ll have to get creative with parking. Overall, a great place to stay.

We rented this place because it was dog friendly so expectations were a bit lower, understanding not everyone rents to people with pets. We ended up not bringing the dogs, it would have been a great place for them.

Cozy Home with Fenced in Yard

The home was perfect for our family including our 4-legged pup. We came into the home and the owners left us some snacks for our stay. The local salsa was fabulous!! The kitchen included all amenities needed to cook a few meals instead of eating out - which was perfect. The beds were comfortable as well. We had a Great stay!!

Great Location

The house is a perfect location for a range of outdoor activities in the canyon rim area. The house has plenty of space indoors and out to include ping pong and air hockey. Our dog loved the huge fenced in yard. The is also house is well stocked with everything you need for a stay, including dog bowls!

Quick weekend

We had a rafting trip and selected this property based on location and dog friendlyness. It was enough for us and suited our needs. Pretty much as expected. A fan in the garage and up stairs bedrooms would have been helpful but other than that everything was as described.

Peaceful cottage

Lovely home, had everything we needed. Nice, big fenced back yard. Quiet street. The neighbor’s dogs only barked in the AM when the lady fed them. We appreciated the welcome snacks. A couple of minutes from the quaint town of Fayetteville, the New River bridge, the National Park, and rafting. We would definitely stay here again. It was perfect.
