Playa Blanca and public beach Playa Mantas are Blue Flag certified beaches and belong to the safest beaches in Costa Rica, where you can swim and snorkle among seaturtles.
The resort has also a 750 acre private wildlife reserve, rich in plant, animal and exotic bird life. Wake up to the sounds of the over 330 exotic bird species living in the area and participate in an early morning nature walk , so you may spot white faced monkeys, iguanas, short nosed coatis, toucans and brilliant scarlet macaws, and others.
