Great Stay

Clean, spacious and well equipped apartment with convenient metro access to city center and other attractions. Host was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Owners were very helpful

The owners were great. They were very nice to help us figure out how to get around the neighborhood. There were a few minor issues with the apartment and they addressed them quickly. The apartment itself was nice enough, didn’t really care for the neighborhood. People around the area were not very friendly to us which wasn't what we expected coming to Italy. It was a decent location to catch the metro to reach city center.

Consigliatissimo!

Bellissimo appartamento, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Valerio, il proprietario, gentile e disponibile. Molto bella e comoda anche la zona in cui è ubicato, ricca di negozi e supermercati ma, allo stesso tempo tranquilla. A pochi minuti vi sono le fermate della metro A, Giulio Agricola e Lucio Sestio, comode per arrivare al centro. Lo scegliero' sicuramente la prossima volta che mi recherò a Roma.

Comfy modern apartment in a nice neighborhood with convenient metro access

We had a very enjoyable stay in this quiet, clutter free apartment with pleasant and comfortable furnishings. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom is modern and clean. Plenty of storage space available in case one really wants to unpack and settle in. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for cooking breakfast and dinner. About ten minutes walk from the metro station with several stores along the way (A Conad grocery store is a few hundred steps on the other side of the metro station and is well stocked with Italian goodies). The apartment is at one corner of the park / piazza where you can see local families unwind each evening with little kids riding bikes, teenagers chatting and adults enjoying a quiet chat. There are several nice coffee and gelato places, a pizza restaurant, etc. around the piazza as well. The place is lively late into the night and we felt very safe walking around even at 11 PM. The host was very hospitable and responsive to our questions and needs. We are glad we stayed at this place both for its comfort and for the opportunity to be in a welcoming local community while being a convenient 30 minute metro ride from most attractions.

Appartamento ristrutturato, dotato di tutti i confort e molto pulito. La cucina è perfettamente attrezzata e funzionale così come il bagno dove si trova anche la lavatrice. Il proprietario, molto gentile e disponibile, mette anche a disposizione piatti, pentole e posate di buona qualità ed anche saponi e detersivi necessari al soggiorno oltre a sale, zucchero, olio ecc. L’aria condizionata è perfettamente funzionante come la Tv e le altre attrezzature.

Abbiamo alloggiato in tre (due adulti e una bambina) da Valerio per il weekend. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa si trova in una zona tranquilla ma con molti esercizi commerciali ed è a breve distanza a piedi dalle fermate metro di Lucio Sestio e Giulio Agricola. L'appartamento, al terzo piano di un condominio con ascensore, è fornito di tutti i comfort, elettrodomestici moderni e riscaldamento autonomo regolabile. L'abbiamo trovata molto adatta a famiglie con bambini. Consigliatissima!!

Gostamos imensamente da estadia. O check-in aconteceu no horário combinado, o apartamento estava limpíssimo, aquecido, arrumado como aparece nas fotografias. Tanto as acomodações quanto os móveis e utencílios domésticos são novos. A localização é muito boa, de fácil locomoção e possui uma estação de metrô há 500m. Podem reservar com segurança, pois o apresentado é o ofertado. Numa escala de zero à 10, damos nota 10. Obrigada! Abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno immensamente. Il check-in si è svolto all'ora concordata, l'appartamento era pulito, caldo, ordinato come mostrato nelle foto. Sia l'alloggio che gli arredi e gli arredi sono nuovi.
