This lovely apartment is located in the heart of Monteverde district, a stone's throw from Trastevere and the center of Rome.
The apartment is brand new and tastefully furnished, it is composed of a beautiful living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, and two large double bedrooms, both with the possibility of extra bed, and private ensuite bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is very functional and it is equipped with everything you need for cooking. The apartment has a washing machine, air conditioning in the rooms, chromotherapy shower, ironing board and iron, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, tea and coffee making facilities,moka for Italian espresso coffee, flat screen TV in all rooms with channels in major foreign languages and free internet wifi.
There is also a beautiful library with Italian and foreign books for the book exchange, and maps and tourist information of Rome, all available free of charge to all our guests.
The apartment is on the ground floor, so it is easily accessible to everyone.
In the building there is also a luggage storage which will offer you the maximum flexibility outside the check-in and check-out time, and to take advantage of all your time to visit the city without your heavy luggage.
The apartment is located a few meters from San Giovanni di Dio square, where every morning takes place one of the most important markets of Rome where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables, culinary typical products of the Roman culture and of the Lazio Region, and more.
Villa Pamphili Park, is also walking distance from the apartment. It is one of the bigger park of Rome and it is fantastic to go jogging or simply to relax under the sun.
The tram (no. 8) stop that reaches in few minutes Trastevere and the center of Rome (Piazza Venezia), is only 400 meters from the main door. In the square there are several other bus stops which bring you in other parts of the city.
The area where the apartment is located offers free parking in the street and it is full of all kinds of services: shops, restaurants, pubs, wine bars, cafés, pharmacies, banks, post offices, etc.
There is also the famous Gelateria "Da Tony" where you can enjoy one of the best homemade ice cream in Rome.
