Gated mobile home park near Disney. We have a fully remodeled, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, park model. Full kitchen with brand new, full size, refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. 30 x 12 covered patio. Parking for two cars is available on the lot. This park model is located by the pool and near the bath house and laundry facilities. About 1/2 hour from Disney and other theme parks. About 1 hour from several different beaches

The host is very gracious, prompt, and the home is great. The bed is comfortable, the covered patio is large. We had all we needed for our stay and would definitely book again!

Horrible Rental

This owner does not tell the truth about this property. The unit is old and small. The oven was filthy and the sheets had black stains on them which she accused us of doing. The park is old and run down with a steady stream of cars going past the unit all during the night. A few of the residents told us they have had a major problem with drug dealers and have had over 25 arrests since November 2019. The park had to hire 2 off duty police officers to patrol as well as a citizen patrol. There were a large group of young people right outside the unit one night, very loud and the police were called. The next night there was a party in the clubhouse with hard rock music so loud, we could not hear the TV. We only ended up staying 5 nights of the 21 we booked and were told by the owner she would give us the money back. She told us the home was clean but now claims "we ruined" the bedding. I asked for pictures but she will not provide. She will not give us any refund. This was a horrible experience. VRBO will not doing nothing about it because drugs were not sold inside the unit. We did not do anything to the bedding. We felt very unsafe her but she is disputing everything we told her.

After this guest moved out we inspected the property and all of her claims were unwarranted. The oven was not filthy. It has a stain in it that will not wash out from when a guest cooked something over in it about a month after we opened our doors. It was a brand new oven. Also, upo inspection there was a black stain that went all the way through the bedding that was not there when she moved in. I had another guest in there just a few days earlier and, as usual, all of the bedding was changed. I have been renting my place out for 4 years and have had no complaints about the safety of the community. I have stayed there myself and my son and his family are living there right now. I am telling the truth about my property. I market it as a tiny home. It is actually about 400 square feet, which is larger than most tiny homes. She said it is small, she is right, as that is exactly how I describe it. It has been fully remodeled but was built in 1985. There were some loud kids and the police made them go home. She complained that we were not going to supply enough toilet paper for her entire months stay, which I have never done and do not market that I do. If her complaints were warranted I would have refunded her money, but they were not. I held the property for her and she decided she wanted to stay somewhere else. That is on her. She said if I did not refund her money she would leave me a bad review, knowing that she can hurt my business by doing so. I decided to not be held hostage by her threats. I have a great place. We keep it very neat and clean. It is a third of the price of a hotel in this area and you get a fully equipped kitchen. It is a small unit. The pictures are current and acurate. She said it was messy outside. Upon inspection, there was no trash around the unit and it was neatly trimmed. It is in a park with a lot of Pine trees. It is nicely shaded but Pine trees drop their needles. The yard is mostly Pine needles. That also shows in my pictures. My advertising is accurate. My place is a great value. I hope that this one bad review will not dissuade people from having a clean, safe place to stay when visiting the Orlando area.

Outlived its life...

2 words... keep looking! The pictures provided on the ad are not actual! Arrived on a Friday, noticed on Wednesday I was being eaten not by flies but by FLEAS. I contacted owner and finally the exterminator came on Saturday. He says due to the stray cats it is a problem in the area. The entrance to the place , the breezeway was littered animal dropping, leaves and the side was moss covered. The window shades on the door and bedroom window were broken. The main light in the bedroom did not work. The wall plug behind the bed was broken and hanging out of the wall. There were some type of waste/droppings in the kitchen window. The couch and recliner were dirty. The shower curtain was torn on the bottom. The bath tub failed to drain properly. The molding in the closet was broken. There is a non GFI electrical outlet behind the kitchen faucet at the sink, which in most places is a safety hazard. The fleas returned and I decided that was it and left fifteen days early. This place has been overhauled several times, Badly. There are hard wood floors but the seams were nailed down. The AC registers were dirty. The heat doesn't work and I was instructed to use the electric heaters that are provided to stay warm. Those too failed to do the job of heating the place. In my opinion this place has outlived it's useful life and should be condemned. I will not return nor would I recommend the place to anyone.

Had a real nice stay, and will tell family and friends about this place. One bad thing, was not informed through Homeaway about the code to get into the house, had to contact owner. Trying to get ahold of Owner was really hard with Homeaway, didn't speak English very well. But our 4 day stay was good.

A good stay

The property was really great and clean. I gave it a 4 star only because I had a hard time getting in twice until I spoke with a supervisor and I could not find the location of the rental and I called the owner three times with no response and text once luckily on the way out we spotted the location marker on the other side of the park. The location was farther from Disney than I thought but that was fine.

Decent Enough

My husband stayed here and Adona was great to work with. She was very timely with communication and made everything go very smooth with the stay. The property is exactly as advertised in the pictures and is ideal for someone looking for a relatively inexpensive place to stay in the area. The community itself is a little different so if you are looking for something long term, gauge it for yourself. Anything short term, you'll have no problem staying here. If you're trying to see Disney on a budget, its not a bad place to stay.

I am a Florida native but live in Indiana with my husband at this time. We enjoy visiting Florida a lot, as we have many friends and family in the Orlando area, especially the Apopka area.

Why they chose this property

We have recently completely renovated this property with all new flooring, cabinets, counters, sinks, toilet, tub/shower, lighting and fans. There are new blinds and fresh paint throughout.

What makes this property unique

Close to theme parks but away from the hustle and bustle of International Drive. The property has it's own private bath but also has bath houses and laundry rooms onsite. There is a large pool and kiddie pool, playground and free mini golf on the property as well.

This is a gated community with a 24 hour manned gate.
