It consists of three luxuriously furnished apartments, with design elements to offer a modern, chic and refined environment.
The Superior Apartment, at garden level, is a spacious two-room apartment consisting of a bedroom with a "king size" double bed (180x200) which can be divided into two singles (90x200), and a bathroom with shower. The living room includes a double sofa bed (160x200), a fully equipped kitchen and a table for 4 people. The apartment overlooks a large private garden.
The Villa is surrounded by a large park with splendid centuries-old olive trees and ornamental plants, and has a private swimming pool for guests.
The private parking is located inside the property.

Contemporary elegance overlooking the city

This beautiful modern house, divided into separate apartments with shared pool, is truly spectacular and very comfortable. We had the lower floor with a private garden and loved every minute! The owner could not have been more accommodating or helpful, with suggestions for fine restaurants and so much more. Highly recommended!
