The Concha apartment (Clavells 1 1er D) is a house on the beach of Alcudia that has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 5 people.



The apartment is cozy, modern and has 80 m² of living space plus another 50 m² of terrace.



The house is located in a family neighborhood by the sea.



The accommodation is equipped with the following elements: 50 m² terrace, barbecue, safe, internet (wifi), hair dryer, electric heating, air conditioning in the living room, outdoor parking, 2 fans, 1 TV, DVD.



In the vitroceramic open plan kitchen, a fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.



The apartment is located by Mallorcas largest beach (12 km long) in a quiet area. The beach is just a few steps away from the apartment. From there you can walk to the manina, the port, the hotel area... everything is accesible from the beach path. You´ll find all types of Sport activities like windsurf, paddle surf, sailing, bottom glass boats, scuba,...., restaurants, cafes, boutiques... and also for the kids there are playgrounds, swimming pools, attractions... Nearby there are also banks, doctors, clinics, pharmacies.



The marina of Puerto Alcudia is a just 2 km. away. There you can have a nice walk watching small traditional fishermen boats and modern luxury yachts. There´s also a handcrafts market set up every night, and some very good restaurants and cocktail bars. Nearby you´ll find the beach of Alcanada, one of the nicest beaches in Northern Mallorca.

Location is everything

Tha appartment is located just a minutes walk from the beach. But also a 5-minutes walk from the city centre. The combi is perfect and gave us the freedom to do what we wanted. On top of that the apartment was perfectly cleaned and had all appliances and comfort you wish for on a holiday. Perhaps the showers could get an upgrade. after two minutes of showering it couldn't cope with the water anymore and started flooding.

Es war sauber und der Check-In hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Since the weather was rather cold and windy, we would have loved to come back into a warm and cozy apartment after spending a long day outside. Unfortunately, it was rather warm nor cozy. We couldn't sleep in two of the three bed rooms because the beds are positioned under the windows (where it's especially cold during the nights). We couldn't take a long warm shower because the water didn't drain fast enough. The washing machine was moldy on the inside. There are two cameras in the apartment (we had no idea if they were switched on or off) and there was no information written down on any of the equipment in the apartment (we would have expected a couple of lines about the wifi, cameras, address of supermarkets in the area, etc.). We didn't feel comfortable at all. I assume that a lot of these things don't matter when the weather is warm during summer.

Fast perfekt...

Modern und gut ausgestattet wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, ruhige Gegend, Infrastruktur in nächster Nähe (Restaurants, Supermärkte, Autoverleih, Busstation für alle Regionalbusse inkl. Flughafenbus). Terrasse und Nähe zum Strand fantastisch! Hinweise zu Reparaturarbeiten und Reinigungsmängeln haben wir an den Vermieter weitergeleitet. Wenn das beherzigt wird, kann ich diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Wir kommen wieder!

Die Nähe zum Strand ist toll. Vom Balkon aus sieht man das Meer. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter lief reibungslos. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer mit Platz für insgesamt 6 Personen. Leider funktionierte die Lüftung in den Bädern nicht. Dies sollte vor dem Check in von Gästen gecheckt werden.
