Cosy apartment for 4 people located on the seafront of Puerto de Alcúdia.
The terrace is an absolutely magic place thanks to such a unique and astonishing views to the paradisiacal beach of Puerto de Alcúdia. Imagine having a Mediterranean breakfast or a glass of white wine while contemplating the crystal-clear waters.

Inside of this second floor apartment without elevator, you will find a large living-dining room, with air conditioning, where you can relax watching satellite TV or reading an interesting book. The kitchen features induction cooktop, oven and everything necessary to cook as if you were doing so at home. The laundry area has washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two dormitories, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds and wardrobe. There is also availability for a cot and a high chair. Finally, the house has a bathroom with shower.

This fantastic apartment is located in a privileged area since you only have to go downstairs to enjoy its breathtaking beach. Moreover, it puts at your reach, on foot, all the essential services for a pleasant holiday, such as bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, etc. We suggest you visiting the center of Alcúdia with its mythical Roman ruins and its market on Tuesdays and Sundays.

LO RECOMIENDO, EXCELENTE DEPARTAMENTO AL LADO DEL MAR

[+] Me encantó todoooo. Especialmente que el departamento -ubicado en el segundo piso- tiene un balcón terraza frente al mar y que bajás y a 50 metros estas en la playa que es soñada, sin duda la mejor de la isla. Es la segunda vez que voy a Mallorca y elegí Alcudia porque me encantan sus playas y la ciudad. Antes estuve en Picanfort, que es linda pero mi preferida es Alcudia. El departamento es inmenso, dos habitaciones, habitación de planchado, un baño, living y cocina. Tiene de todo, totalmemte equipado, lavaropa, cafetera, microondas, plancha, tostadora, secador de pelo etc. En el living tiene una puerta corrediza que da al bancón terraza donde podés desayunar mirando el mar. Los dueños, Rafael y su esposa son mas que amables y dispuestos a solucionar cualquier inconveniente ( que no lo hubo) todo perfecto. No tiene lugar para aparcar los autos pero no es un problema porque siempre encontramos lugar en la vía pública junto al alojamiento. EXCELENTE LUGAR PARA DESCANSAR.

It was not easy to find the apartment. The lady at the helpdesk was very helpful. The apparent has a lovely beach view. The furniture is adequate. Only the kitchen is a bit basic equipped. There is a dish washer ans a laundry machine. Very convenient. We were cycling with Hürzeler. The apartment was the perfectly located base camp that for. We would rent it again.

Mallorca Juni 2022. Was will ich über Can Vesses sagen. Ich kann nur das Beste darüber sagen. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Es gab alles, was unsere Familie brauchte. War viele verschiedene Geschirr, Küchengeräte, Wasch/Spülmaschine. Wir fühlten uns wie Zuhause. Das Badezimmer und andere Zimmer sind gut renoviert und alles war sauber. Und Natürlich die Lage, wo Haus steht. Direkt am Strand! Es war sehr schön, morgen früh aufzustehen und nur mit einem Badetuch auf der Schulter zum Strand gehen, um sich zu sonnen und das Meer anzuschauen, während andere noch schliefen. Ich wünsche Gastgeber alles gutes, Sie haben unseren Urlaub unvergessen gemacht!

Die Lage ist perfekt. Man schaut direkte auf das Meer. Die Konversation ist unkompliziert und man bekommt schnell eine Antwort per Mail. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und es fehlt einem an nichts. Die Holztüren knarzen ziemlich laut beim öffnen und schliessen, was bei einem schlafenden Kind schon mal nervig sein kann. Die Badtüre kann man leider nicht abschließen, was mir persönlich wichtig ist.

De verwarming/airco verwarmde niet het hele appartement. Na enkele dagen zonnig weer was het aangenamer in het appartement. Ook jammer dat er geen olie en peper&zout waren.

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war unkompliziert, Antworten auf Fragen kamen zeitnah. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, der Ausblick und die Nähe zum Strand sind ganz toll (einfach Badeanzug an und barfuß an den Strand...). Die Wohnung ist groß genug für 4 erwachsene Personen und ist gut geschnitten, sie ist vom Mobiliar her eher einfach aber gemütlich, aber es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, von der Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle, Herd, Bachofen, Handtücher etc. Das WLan funktionierte einwandfrei. Besonders angenehm ist, dass es einen Raum zum Abstellen gibt und einen Raum zum Trocknen hinter der Küche. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße und auch der Strandabschnitt ist im Vergleich zu anderen eher ruhig und wunderschön. Unterm Strich war alles gut! Ideen zur Verbesserung wären: mehr Haken und Ablagefläche im Bad, eine neue Matratze im Doppelbett, etwas mehr große Tassen, Stühle /Liegen für den Strand wären schön, damit man nicht unbedingt die teueren Strandliegen mieten muss, wenn man nicht mehr gut direkt auf dem Sand liegen kann/will.

Le wi-fi fonctionne bien. Quartier calme et la vue sur la mer tous les jours est très appréciable.
