12 person holiday home in Løkken-By Traum

Luxurious, architect-designed cottage with whirlpool, large sauna and an activity room located in a quiet holiday area on a high-lying natural plot only approx. 600 meters from the sea and beach at the small fishing village Nr. Lyngby a little north of Løkken. The house contains a kitchen / living room in open connection, living room, four bedrooms, loft, two bathrooms and a guest toilet. The living area is more than 40 m2 and thus very spacious and has i.a. cozy corner and dining area. The furniture is in modern Danish cottage style with the main emphasis on design, quality, well-being and cosiness. From the living room and from one of the rooms there is direct access to the terrace area. An air-to-water heat pump heats the entire house and all rooms are equipped with underfloor heating. In addition, there is a wood burning stove. In a separate building, connected via the covered terrace, you will find the large whirlpool, sauna and activity room, which is equipped with bar arrangement, table tennis, billiards, air hockey and Wii. For entertainment, there is fast, unlimited internet and TV with many Danish and international channels via Telia box. The plot is an open, level natural plot. Here you will find a petanque court, swings, sandpit, slide and a campfire site. There is a mobile kennel available in the garden. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
