Private villa with pool, with stunning views near beaches

Perfect for families and groups up to 10 people. Spacious villa with private pool and terrace. Located in the small village of Raposeira, South / West coast of the Algarve, in the middle of a natural reserve between Sagres and Lagos. The villa has four spacious and clean bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen which is fully equipped, a spacious living room with satellite TV, free WiFi, a huge terrace with views over the valley, bbq, tables and chairs, beds and a swimming pool.

The Villa is located right on the South / West coast of the Algarve on a private location. You can enjoy your vacation with your family, children or group and friends.

There is a private parking place for multiple cars, so no problem if you arrive by car.

The villa has a cozy living room with two couches and a fireplace and satellite TV. The dining room is located between the living room and has a large table with chairs for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is a large kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

There are four bedrooms in the villa, with a total of beds. Two 'master' bedrooms, one with a king size double bed and one with a normal double bed. One bedroom with two bunk beds, and one bedroom with one bunk bed.

The villa has two bathrooms and a shower, one with bath.

The spacious terrace is equipped with deckchairs, dining table and chairs and a large concrete BBQ. The large swimming pool is right next to it so you can enjoy your meals and drinks outside and take a dive in the pool. Everything you need is to relax and enjoy the nice Portuguese sun with your friends, family or children.

In July and August the villa can only be paid with a minimum of 6 guests.

You can enjoy a beautiful and beautiful view, you can see there is no other buildings blocking your view. The location is very private so you enjoy quietly.

More of a beach type? You are in the right place! There are many beaches surrounding Raposeira ... within a half our drive there are more then 10 beaches, all beautiful. Some are small others are bigger, but all beautiful. If you are a surfer you can choose whatever wave you like. Without a car are difficult to reach, so advise you to rent a car.

If you want to go out, there is a lot to do around Raposeira. Raposeira itself is a very small typical Algarve village but they have some bars & restaurants, very good pizza place, church and small supermarket. Nearby there is the town Villa do Bispo, a small town but with a lot of good fish restaurants, you really go there. The is also a big supermarket, pharmacy and other practical stores.

If you go further there is Sagres, a lighthouse, a historical fortress, markets and a small harbor. A lot of bars and restaurants, from chic to relaxed surfy vibes. There is also a big supermarket, surf shops, and many other stores.

The other way there is Lagos, a small historic city ... typical Portuguese city. If you like it more crowded go here. There is a lot to do but it is more touristy.

Great base for both south and west coast adventures

The villa was great for 2 families of 4, with all amenities we could have needed and more. Within easy reach of Sagres and also the larger south coast resorts, but also of the amazing and wild West coast beaches. Highly recommended

Com o check-In correu tudo bem, nada a apontar, no entanto a cozinha tinha a loiça praticamente toda mal lavada ou mesmo suja, posteriormente percebemos que o motivo era que a máquina de lavar louça lava muito mal com a agravante de a água da canalização ser salgada e deixar sempre marcas nos copos e talheres. O proprietário deveria dizer no anuncia da casa que a água da canalização é salgada e não é potável

Das Landhaus war sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Betten waren alle sehr bequem, auch die Kissen. Wir alle haben super geschlafen. Einzig die Liegen draussen am Pool wären noch bequemer mit einer Matratze, aber aufgrund dessen, dass es teilweise sehr windig sein kann, wäre dies vielleicht nicht sinnvoll. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer und dessen Tochter verlief super. Als mal ein Sonnenschirm defekt gegangen ist, haben wir subito einen neuen bekommen. Auch haben sie uns weitere Ideen, nebst denen im Ordner (vor Ort in der Villa) mitgeteilt. Delfin schauen kann man übrigens super in Sagres, hat weniger Leute und es ist familiärer als an anderen Orten.

Erholsame Ferientage

Wir waren zu fünft im Haus von Leo. Haus und Kùche sind sehr gut ausgestattet, Gewürze, Kaffeefilter usw alles vorhanden,ebenso ein Willkommenstrunk im Kühlschrank. Alles ist tip-top sauber,. Leider ist es oben am Berg sehr windig, sodass man Abend nicht draußen sitzen könnte.

Quiet location, excellent location for variety of beaches

Group of 9, two families with teens upwards. Raposeira a small town and villa is a bit under 1km from there. Lovely quiet location, with restaurants in the town. 5 mins to a good Lidl store and more in Vila do Bespo. Spent our time mostly at Praia de Amado, a superb beach, c20 minutes away by car. Praia de Ingrina is closer, lovely beach with good restaurant. One small bedroom lacked storages space, but overall for 9 of us it was great base. House stayed cool, but there is now A/C available for extra. Wi-Fi good in shared areas. Good, bbq and pool, and large patio around the house with ample beds and chairs (a few uneven stones in places, but not a problem for us). Kitchen pretty well equipped, just lacking a couple of serving dishes/plates. Good size freezer. Good communication from the owner and housekeeper. We’d happily return.

Country Villa

Really clean and a nice tranquill, fresh and windy spot. I have to say, we have chosen the villa cause of the terrace, the beautifull flowers and the time we planned to be outside. The reality was pretty different of the pictures, with flower arrangement that have been removed and a seems to be abandoned garden all around the house. Excellent communication and tips from the owner during our stay.

We had a very nice stay in Leo's villa! The view is fantastic! The house is quiet and privately situated, and in no time you are in the villages and at the beaches. Ideal for a relaxing holiday and at the same time close to Sagres and also Lagos, with lot's of beautiful beaches and coastlines to explore (both south and west). The house has toys for the kids, was very clean and it provided everything we needed! Thank you Leo for everything and we definitely want to come back again!

Der ideale Ort um sich zu entspannen und die Seele

Wir, meine Frau und ich, haben im Januar im Haus Solnascente unsere Ferien verbracht. Es war genau so, wie wir es erwarteten. Ruhig, gemütlich und sehr komfortabel. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt! Die Lage ist einmalig – keine Nachbarn, keine störenden Strassen, eine herrliche Weitsicht bis zum Meer und viel Platz rings ums Haus. Die Lage ist auch ideal für Ausflüge an die Westküste, oder den wunderschönen Zavial-Strand, nach Sagres, oder nach Lagos. Wir haben unsere Ferientag allerdings meistens im und ums Ferienhaus verbracht, viel gelesen, gut gekocht und das schöne Nichtstun genossen. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr bestimmt wieder aber dann hoffentlich für 4 Wochen. Herzlichst Herr und Frau De Bruin

Traumhafter Urlaub im Casa Solnascente

Wir – eine Familie mit 5 Personen – waren im November 2013 in der Casa Solanscente in den Ferien und hatten 14 wunderschöne, unbeschwerte Tage. Das Haus fanden wir toll. Es ist ganz und gar nicht in die Jahre gekommen, es ist einfach nicht die top moderne Villa sondern ein sehr charmantes, typisch portugiesisches Ferienhaus mit allem Komfort. Da es in dieser Jahreszeit generell sehr feucht ist in Portugal, haben wir tagsüber einfach die warme Sonne ins Haus gelassen und so hatten wir immer ein sehr angenehmes Klima. Am Abend haben wir dann ein romantisches Feuer gemacht im Kamin und die heimelige Atmosphäre im Wohnzimmer genossen. Das Frühstück konnten wir meistens bei herrlicher Morgensonne auf der Terrasse bei der Küche einnehmen. Tagsüber haben wir die traumhaften Strände in der Umgebung genossen und auch die Kids kamen beim Surfen voll auf ihre Kosten. Die Vermieter waren zu uns sehr zuvorkommend. Wir bekamen viele gute Tipps und wenn wir was brauchten, war die nette Hausverwalterin gerne für uns da. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und werden ganz bestimmt auch selber wieder da unseren Urlaub verbringen. Die Käufis

Enttäuschung!!

Als erfahrene Algarveurlauber haben wir uns auf den Urlaub ganz im Westen der Algarve gefreut und waren sehr enttäuscht. Das Haus liegt zwar sehr schön auf einer Anhöhe mit freiem Blick in die Gegend. Doch leider ist es sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Bei Ankunft war der schon kleine Fernseher defekt und wurde erst am nächsten Abend durch einen noch kleineren rauschenden ersetzt. Die defekte Geschirrspülmaschine wurde erst nach mehreren Diskussionen nach einer Woche ersetzt. Internet wurde erst nach erneuter Anfrage bereitgestellt, ob die Poolheizung angestellt werden kann,musste erst mit dem Besitzer diskutiert werden. Wir haben bereits bei Anmietung gesagt, dass uns diese wichtig sei. Dass wir die Kosten tragen, war für uns selbstverständlich. Die Sofas sind verfleckt - doch das Schlimmste war die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im Haus. Es steht ein Entfeuchter bereit, der am Tag ca. 5 Liter Wasser aus dem Wohnbereich gezogen hat. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit lag trotz des Gerätes bei 70-80%. Da bleiben Schimmelflecken nicht aus. Die Betten waren klamm, Bücher rollten sich auf. Wir waren von diesem Haus sehr enttäuscht und können es nicht weiter empfehlen. Wir sind ein erheblich besseres Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gewohnt.

Wunderschön & empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen, erholsamen Urlaub in Raposeira. Die Villa und das umliegende Gelände mit Vorhof, Garten, mehreren Terrassen, dem Außengrillbereich sowie dem Pool sind sehr großzügig angelegt. Das Haus liegt etwas oberhalb vom Dorf auf einem Hügel und ist schön ruhig gelegen. Perfekt zum ausspannen. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und in sehr schönem Stil eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sowie die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen und können dieses Ferienhaus sowohl für junge Paare, als auch für Familien mit Kindern oder auch Freunde nur empfehlen. So macht Urlaub Spaß!

schöne, grosszügige Villa - empfehlenswert

Die 2 Wochen Ferien waren einfach traumhaft. Super Wetter, eine sehr schöne und grosszügige Villa mit schöner Aussicht. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben die ruhe, den Pool und die Sonne sehr genossen. Auch die sehr schönen Sandstrände in der nächsten Umgebung haben uns gut gefallen. Ideal zum sich entspannen.

ruhiges Haus mit viel Platz in herrlicher Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Es war einfach zu erreichen, viel Platz, und alles für einen schönen Urlaub vorhanden. Alles nicht mehr ganz neu aber voll funktionsfhähig.Der Pool war sauber. Eine riesige, schön angelegte Terasse mit fantastischem Blick.

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage, sauber - empfehlenswert!

Unser 2-wöchiger Aufenthalt an der Westalgarve war eifach nur toll. Herzlicher Empfang der Vermieterschaft, das Haus sauber übergeben, es wurden uns sogar noch ein paar kleinere Wünsche erfüllt. Wir können dieses Haus bestens empfehlen. H.P.

Tolle Lage,schönes Domizil,aber mit Abstrichen!

wir waren im Sommer 2010 in Raposeira, das Ferienhaus hat eine phantastische Lage, absolut ruhig gelegen , hier kann man Urlaub geniessen, allerdings mit einigen Abstrichen ( Mängel mehr oder weniger gravierend), wir haben Sie nach dem Urlaub der Vermieterin mitgeteilt, wir hoffen Sie wurden behoben! Ansonsten empfehlenswert!

TOLLE FERIEN

Wir, eine Familie mit 3 Kindern im Alter von 3 - 12, haben wunderschöne, erholsame Ferien verbracht im Haus Casa Solnascente. Vom ersten Tag an haben wir uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Nicht nur die Lage ist traumhaft, nein auch der grosse Platz ums Haus und die Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich und charmant. Unsere Kinder konnten sich frei bewegen und haben schon am frühen Morgen den tollen Pool benutzt. Kein Nachbar der stört, keine lärmige Strasse und keine unliebsamen Überraschungen. Am ersten Morgen lernten wir unsere Bezugsperson Barbara Schilling kennen, sie hat uns viele Tips für Auslüge und die schönsten Strände angegeben und es war gut zu wissen, dass es jemanden gibt, der da ist, falls es irgend welche Probleme gibt. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!

Lage Top, Sauberkeit Flop

Tolle Lage für Leute dir Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Oberhalb eines kleinen Dorfes gelegen mit schönem Ausblick bis zum Meer. Allerdings hat das Haus die Besten Zeiten schon hinter sich. Die Sauberkeit, vor allem in den Bädern und der Küche läßt zu wünschen übrig. Außerdem ist es feuht in dem Haus. Kleidung und Bettwäsche waren jeden morgen klamm, was sehr unangenehm war. Für den Preis kann man mehr erwarten!
