This Villa has a CALIFORNIA KING BED in the Master Bedroom & a Queen Bed in the guest room plus Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room .......We offer The Cabana Club in Key Colony Beach for your stay, a short ride south which has a Large Pool, Beach, Tiki Bar & Grill for our guests... Email for details in securing passes for your stay...Our guests do not have access to the pool/lagoon areas & kids club amenities at the Resort. We offer a 35 Foot Boat Slip (optional) located in Lake Lucille (resort small boat basin) approximately 200 yards from our Villa. Local Attractions include the Dolphin Research Center, Sea Aquarium & Turtle Hospital. Local beaches to visit include Curry Hammock, Long Key, Sombrero Beach & Bahia Honda State Park. Enjoy the view of lush palm trees surrounding the villa from an upper and lower deck and walk a few short steps to the beautiful turquoise waters where you can jump on your boat from your dock rental or just stroll the dock and perhaps see a Manatee....

We have provided everything you need for your vacation or time away. Two bedrooms upstairs, each bedroom with its own private bath. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels.

Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals to enjoy on your outside deck. There is also a dining area with seating for six and living area with 55-inch flat screen smart TV with cable.

We are located at Mile Marker 61 at The Village at Hawks Cay on Duck Key between Islamorada and Marathon. Both towns offer many great restaurants and shopping. You can also swim with the Dolphins at the Dolphin Research Center or at Theater by the Sea as well as at the Hawks Cay Resort. Key West is only 61 miles south making it a great day trip for culture, food, and shopping.

Host was very welcoming, caring and honest. The property was well appointed and clean. The economics worked well for me as the villa was substantially discounted, because not all resort amenities are available. Those amenities are readily available all over the place, and this deal comes with a Cabana Club membership.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 dnights. In March 2026. The place is dated and needs a "detailed " renewal. The barn door in the ensuite did not stay closed and wasn't on its track. The kitchen needs updating.two of the four slices of the toaster just didn't work and the toaster itself was not clean really. For the price we paid and knowing that a toaster costs under 20 at Walmart it was very disappointing. Also, the kitchen sink's faucet dripped if not turned off exactly right. No pods supplied at all for the Keurig coffee maker. Bring everything you need like that. Furniture looks like it was from the 1980s and not the most comfortable. Overall the place just needs updating

Our villa on Duck Key is our home away from home and our future retirement community. We love the Florida Keys because we love diving, fishing, boating, and the beautiful waters.

Why they chose this property

We decided that the villa located in the Village at Hawks Cay was the perfect spot to spend winter and summer vacations filled with swimming, fishing, scuba diving, fresh seafood and relaxation. The villa is surrounded by lush greenery and feels very private. We absolutely love Sombrero Beach and Bahia Honda State Park for the spectacular blue water of the Florida Keys.

What makes this property unique

Centrally located to all amenities in the Resort, very quiet location with two decks and coral patio, and steps from Lake Lucille's turquoise waters. Also centrally located in the Keys so you can easily visit Key Largo, Islamorada, and Key West. We always make a trip to Key West for shopping and a visit to the Famous Sloppy Joe's.
