The economics worked well for me as the villa was substantially discounted, because not all resort amenities are available. Our villa on Duck Key is our home away from home and our future retirement community. We love the Florida Keys because we love diving, fishing, boating, and the beautiful waters.

Why they chose this property

We decided that the villa located in the Village at Hawks Cay was the perfect spot to spend winter and summer vacations filled with swimming, fishing, scuba diving, fresh seafood and relaxation. The villa is surrounded by lush greenery and feels very private. We absolutely love Sombrero Beach and Bahia Honda State Park for the spectacular blue water of the Florida Keys.

What makes this property unique

Centrally located to all amenities in the Resort, very quiet location with two decks and coral patio, and steps from Lake Lucille's turquoise waters. Also centrally located in the Keys so you can easily visit Key Largo, Islamorada, and Key West. We always make a trip to Key West for shopping and a visit to the Famous Sloppy Joe's.
