Here you can relax, read a book and enjoy the stillness. The villas also feature barbecues and outdoor dining areas which are ideal for spending time in the summer evenings with your loved ones.Each villa has a modern living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms have a king-size bed 2x200 cm.The bathrooms are all en-suite and private. Deluxe villas and friendly host

We spent a perfect holiday in these two lovely villas. Everyone from the group said it was great to have privacy but at the same time to be able to enjoy meals and drinks together. Teenagers from the groups instantly occupied the left villa pool and sun deck, so the adults could enjoy peace and drinks on the opposite :) I love the idea behind this villa rental a lot!

Two luxury villa complex for big groups

This complex of two villas was perfect for our multigenerational family vacation. 6 bedrooms in total, 2 pools, and 2 fully equipped kitchen ensured a lot of space for everyone. We loved Sutivan village a lot and would come here again!

The Villa is great for a vacation with friends. Lots of space. The town is very beautiful and not far away from Split with a ferry.

Perfect

Sutivan is outstanding. Lovely beaches close to the Villa, but worth also exploring the island. Nice view from the balcony, especially enjoyed having breakfast there.

Great Location

The Villa is absolutely stunning. We spent a relaxing week in the Villa. A group of 14 friends. The town Sutivan has a lot to offer in the summer you will not be bored there.

Perfect for large families

Everything is perfect at the Villa, very nice outside hangout/ eating area connected to the quite big pool so that you don’t have to worry about your kids. We were two families and the place was perfect for us with great facilities and everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms.

Great Villa

A perfect house divided into two apartments. Nice pool and close to the beach Great host A Very calm area. Perfect for families with younger children. (Our teenagers were a bit restless after a few days.)

Lovely Villa

Fabulous villa, spotlessly clean and lovely decor throughout. Very well equipped with lots of lovely “finishing touches”. Spacious accommodation and outside living area with good sized pool and terrace area. Additional garden space with lovely views.
