Second Floor: 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, full bath and a loft office space.
Third Floor: 2 large bedrooms; one with a queen bed and one with two full beds.
Basement: Bulkhead access, unfinished storage space with laundry and all beach gear: towels, umbrellas, chairs, coolers, games and sports equipment

This is a beautifully sized house, with amazing light throughout the house with 3 floors and a wonderful great room (20 ft ceilings). It's a close 15 min walk to town and is situated on a beautiful property with luscious garden and outdoor space and a very private feel (it's set back from the other houses).
