Recent charming house (2006) surrounded by nature in the peninsula of Saint-Tropez, overlooking the Massif des Maures, on wooded grounds of 4,500m2.
Private saltwater pool (10x5m) with protective roller shutter, outdoor shower and quality deckchairs.
The + of the house: a superb covered terrace of 60m2 for dining in the shade while enjoying the garden.

Located 5 minutes by car from the splendid Provencal village of Gassin and 5 minutes from the center and shops of La Croix Valmer.
Quick access to the famous beaches of Pampelonne by the small picturesque road of Ramatuelle, and in 10 minutes to the beaches of the Landing and Gigaro which are the closest.
Refined interior decoration with quality home equipment.
• Large living room of 80m2 with fitted American kitchen.
• 2 bedrooms each with a 160cm bed and each a bathroom with walk-in shower
• 1 studio with independent entrance, 140cm bed, bathroom with bathtub and separate WC.
• Lingerie with washing machine and dryer.
We provide you with a barbecue with integrated plancha.
The house also has a closed and shaded kennel with a doghouse. Dogs are allowed in the presence of their owners in the living-dining room but not in the bedrooms (30 euros extra for cleaning at the end of the stay).
Are included the maintenance of the swimming pool, the household linen (cloths and bath towels) on your arrival and the cleaning on your departure.
