Nicely furnished 2 bedroom, one bathroom apartment, just minutes from Mountain Point boat launch, and Rotary beach. Conveniently located on the bus line for easy travel without a rental car. Bedroom 1 has a very comfortable pillow top, queen mattress while bedroom 2 has two XL twin Temperpedic mattresses. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook your day's catch. Living room has oversized furniture, perfect for relaxing after a day on the water or sightseeing.

We truly enjoyed the stay!

The house was comfortable and enjoyable. We didnt like the coffeepot but it could have been operator error. The hosts were outstanding. Highly recommend.this place forca great vidit in Ketkechikan.

The house was walking distance to the beach and tide pools which were fun! It had everything we needed and more! We didn’t have to buy shampoo or laundry detergent or seasonings for cooking. It even had all the cooking and baking utensils! We ended up baking cinnamon rolls and banana bread.

Wonderful place!

This house was amazingly perfect for our family of 4. The living room and kitchen area was large and comfortable, and the bedrooms were a good size. Every amenity was excellent, down to the nice plush bath towels. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need! I want to plan a return trip to Ketchikan just so we can stay here again. The location next to the beach was great, and it was a nice distance from town. Far enough to be away from the crowds of the cruise ships, but close enough to make it easy to get there for shopping.

We were a party of 4 adults. The apartment had all the comforts you would need. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need as far as cooking utensils, etc. Extra towels were available, if needed.the unit was clean and well taken care of. Was about 5 miles out of main downtown area, but had a grocery store, gas station, beach all within a mile, so if you didn't want to fight the crowd of cruise ship tourists to get what you needed, you didn't have to.

It was wonderful to return to this airy, spacious. and spotless apartment.with its perfect location: a short ride to downtown and less than a mile to a beautiful walkway that runs along the water. A previous reviewer knew exactly what kind of mattresses were on the beds. I will just say that for either a nap or a night's sleep, they are the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. The Conleys make their guests feel very welcome and are amazingly responsive to any needs or questions. This will always be our absolute first choice when visiting Ketchikan.

We recently stayed here for 16 days while visiting family and friends in Ketchikan and could not have asked for anything better! It was super clean, beds were comfy, had a grill we could use, washer and dryer, and all the amenities you would want in a furnished apartment. It was a short walk to Rotary Beach, which is one of my favorites on the island. The house is on the public bus route or if you rent a vehicle it is just a short drive to town. Sean and Ashley were great hosts and were available if we had any questions.
