Come risulta chiaramente indicato nella descrizione della proprieta' il giardino non e' pertinenza dell'appartamento (che ha una grande terrazza e un porticato sul fiume ad uso esclusivo) ma e' condominiale e consente l'accesso alla banchina privata per gli ospiti dei 4 appartamenti
