We are waiting for you for the Ti Punch '!

The TI PUNCH 'villa, a Creole and modern house, benefits from a private swimming pool and a sea view panorama over Pointe-à-Pitre and Ilet du Gosier. This villa welcomes you in a standing, dynamic and elegant setting where the decoration is particularly neat with a dominant turquoise blue. Its green and calm setting will allow you to relax under the Guadeloupe sun.
This villa of:
- 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with 180x200 beds and dressing / storage space, 1 with an extra bed
- 2 shower rooms (1 on the ground floor and 1 upstairs)
includes:
- a modern and comfortable living room with flat screen TV
- a new and well-equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, hob, combi microwave, etc.)
- a cellar with washing machine, table and iron, dryer, vacuum cleaner and other household equipment

Excellent séjour passé dans cette villa. Arnaud est un hôte disponible qui a pu répondre à nos besoins pendant le séjour. L’emplacement est optimal pour les visites de la Guadeloupe, en limitant les temps de trajet. Le bac à punch correspond tout à fait pour un séjour en famille.

Vraiment bien situé

Au Petit-Bourg, c'est au centre de l'ile. Endroit parfait pour visiter la Guadeloupe au complet sans trop perdre de temps en voiture. C'est près de tout ou presque.Appartement spacieux et luxueux. Belles grandes chambres, parfait pour une famille élargie ou des amis. Les gens du nettoyage entre les locations devraient mieux faire leur travail car nous avons repris le balai à notre arrivée mais rien de dramatique.Durant notre séjour de 2 semaines, il y a eu quelques coupures d'eau mais cela était dû principalement aux moyens de pression des employés du services des eaux durant leurs négociations. D'ailleurs, ça avait cour partout sur l'île. Ce n'était pas du ressort du locateur. Mais malgré tout, cette location serait avantagée si il y avait une citerne d'appoint.Mais c'est une recommandation sans aucun doute.

Très belle maison

Parfaite en famille, les enfants ont beaucoup profité de la piscine. La maison est grande, les chambres sont spacieuses. La vue est sympa et l'ouverture du salon sur la terrasse et la petite piscine donne une très agréable ambiance.

Très bien située pour qui voudra visiter Basse Terre, cette maison a un joli potentiel : elle est grande, bien décorée et offre une très jolie vue. Le Carrefour Market situé à 10 minutes est très complet (le Super U est par contre à éviter). Quelques désagréments auraient cependant pu être évités par un entretien plus efficace : climatisation dégageant une odeur désagréable, placards contenant des denrées alimentaires ouvertes, absence de moustiquaires ... Attention aussi à l'accès (chemin très cabossé) : il faut être équipé d'une voiture avec de bons amortisseurs. Le sèche-linge indiqué dans l'annonce désigne un étendoir. Nous avons cependant passé un bon séjour dans cette magnifique région.
