Nous avons passés de très bonne vacances, il n'y a qu'un détail important, pas de machine à laver, obligé de ce déplacer au centre-ville.

A perfect holiday with a great contact !! ☺

The apartment is in a perfect place to spend the holiday and the references we can give complete positive. The landlord is a very nice person and very friendly. The transaction is also perfect. The flat is furnished with all necessary things. Another great point of the location is the train station, Supermarket and shops are not so far. We enjoyed our holiday very much in this apartment and if it possible we would stay there any time again. We loved the stay in this apartment and can recommend it anytime.

Séjour très agréable !!

Studio proche de toute commodité, pas besoin de prendre la voiture, train à proximité pour visiter la côte. Ce qui est tres appréciable. Propriétaire très sympathique, contact facile!

Le studio est dans une résidence comprenant une piscine: les enfants en ont profité presque tous les jours! Il est très bien situé : à deux pas de la mer, du train et des bus.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine du 22 au 29 août. Le studio correspond aux photos, il est très bien aménagé et idéal pour une famille avec enfant. La résidence est sécurisée, comprenant une pisicne et pataugeoire ainsi qu'un magnifique jardin où il est possible de se détendre. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et arrangeant. Le studio est idéalement situé à proximité de tout transport et de la mer. Beaucoup de commerce à proximité à des prix très raisonnables. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Excellent séjour

J'ai passé une semaine du 1er au 8 août et jai regretté de ne pas avoir pris plus. Les propriétaires sont tres gentils et accueillants,On a perdu notre trousseau de clefs ils sont venus de suite nous apporter les doubles et ca les a même pas embêté Le studio est dans une belle Residence sécurisé. La cuisine est bien équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut Climatiseur qui rafraîchit bien l'appartement seul inconvénient le bruit des voitures mais quand on ferme les fenêtres on entend rien Une porte avec un accès direct à la plage chose qui n'a pas été présicė sur l'annonce. Une belle petite plage avec du gros sable Piscine aces grande et un patogeoire pour bébé. Intermarché 10 à 15mnt à pieds. Beaucoup de bons Resto pas très loin Marchė de légumes plusieurs fois dans la semaine ( prix raisonnable) La ville est bien animė le soir Je vous recommande ce studio pour passer de bonnes vacances à Cannes, jai pas été déçu de mon choix ( on a visité Nice et Monaco car pas très loin )

Location rêvée pour des vacances sans voiture ... A proximité des bus, trains,pour les visites de la région . belle résidence avec piscine et grand jardin, sécurisée . A quelques mètres des plages de Cannes la Bocca . Propriétaires avenants et accueillants ! Je recommande !

Excellent Sejour

Cela fait 2 saisons de suite (peut être un 3eme en 2015) que nous allons dans ce studio à chaque fois ce fut un agréable séjour, bien reposant. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et tres à l'écoute. La description faite est fidèle à ce que nous avons trouvé. Le logement était propre. L’entrée de la résidence est certes sur une route avec beaucoup de passage mais cela ne nous a jamais dérangé. L'avantage est de quasiment tout avoir à porter de main (ligne de bus et de train au pied de l'immeuble). Cela vous permet de laisser la voiture sur place (place de parking réservée) et de visiter la cote sans perdre de temps dans la circulation et les problèmes de stationnement. Le studio est suffisamment équipé pour les vacances. La literie est confortable (convertible 2 places dans la pièce principale et 2 lits superposés dans l'entrée). La salle de bain est un peu petite mais suffisante. La piscine d'une taille raisonnable se trouve à l’arrière de la résidence, elle est accessible par un escalier. Il est à noter que la plage se trouve à 5 min juste derrière la résidence. La plage est non fumeur (enfin presque) la police veille sur ce point. Les soirs de feu d'artifice des lignes de bus "tardive" vous permet de revenir à l'appartement sans inquiétude. Il faut compter 15 à 20 minutes pour rejoindre la Croisette en bus. La résidence est très calme et sécurisée. Vous pouvez prendre cette location les yeux fermés. Le rapport qualité/prix/avantage sur Cannes pour ce type de logement est imbattable

BRUIT INFERNALE VENANT DE LA RUE - POUR ALLER A LA MER CEST LE PARCOURS DU COMBATANT IL FAUT MONTER ET DECENDRE DES ESCALIERS... - LES PROPRIETAIRES NOUS ONT ENCAISSER LE PAIEMENT DES 7 JOURS POUR UNE NUIT PASSEE.... NOUS SOMMES VRAIMENT DECU DU COMPORTEMENT DES PROPRIETAIRES....A FUIR DE TOUTES URGENCE !!!

Notre studio est tout a fait conforme a la description et la clim mobile fonctionne très bien.Quand au bruit il est préférable de louer dans les Cévennes qu'a Cannes en plein mois d'aout! Quand au parcours du combattant quelques marches a descendre pour avoir accès direct a la mer : les combattants auraient bien préféré les emprunter plutôt que de se faire massacrer .La location étant prévue pour une semaine (avons refusé beaucoup d'estivants car ces dates sont très convoités) nous ne remboursons pas les récalcitrants qui ne viennent que pour "pinailler"
