5 Prospect House is a spacious, sunny first floor apartment, located minutes from the coast path. With two bedrooms (master suite and twin room), and two bathrooms, the property sleeps four guests. The open plan living area boasts views stretching to Start Point lighthouse and beyond. Additionally, guests have use of the communal gardens, outdoor swimming pool, and all-weather tennis court. Suitable for couples and families, 5 Prospect House is the perfect property for those in search of a coastal retreat. Sunday change-over day cannot be accommodated, please contact the office before booking your holiday if you wish to arrive or depart on a Sunday.

Amazon Fire TV in bedroom. Naim Mu-So wireless music system. Communal gardens and terrace. Heated swimming pool, tennis court and further landscaped gardens to the rear. Parking for one car plus visitor bays within 50m. Gas central heating and hot water system. All duvets (goose down and feather unless otherwise requested), pillows, Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels are supplied. You will need to bring your own tea towels and pool/beach towels. Strictly No Smoking. The main bedroom and bathroom have been redecorated in 2023/24, new carpets throughout, balcony doors and widows refurbished and fully working, there is a new fridge-freezer

This quiet fishing village, with its dog-friendly, unspoilt beach, is situated next to the historic ‘old village’ of South Hallsands, which was washed away by a storm. Just three miles away, providing a popular walking route along the South West Coast Path, is popular Beesands Beach which has its own gastro pub and shop. This Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is decorated with white, pink and ochre thatched cottages, picturesque fishing ports such as Dartmouth, and is renowned for its stunning coastline, popular with yachting enthusiasts. Property was exactly as advertised. Very clean except living room carpet. Well equipped.
Although location was breathtaking so was the road to it. It did stop us doing more sightseeing as driving to and from was so hairy. I should have done more research!!!

The property is accessible though a local Devon road. Although it is narrow, it can be navigated by driving slowly.
