Sleeping four, 6 Grafton Towers is a spacious second floor apartment with sea views over the estuary to Prawle Point, situated between North Sands and South Sands beaches. This apartment has a bespoke kitchen and open plan living/dining room. Both bedrooms have views over the water and en suite shower rooms. Outside there is a good-sized balcony with panoramic sea views, table and chairs. There is also a large communal landscaped garden and sun terrace to enjoy the summer sunshine. 6 Grafton Towers is ideal for a coastal family break.

Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Town: Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.
