There is one king-size bedroom with TV, Juliet balcony and en-suite bathroom. Outside there is an allocated parking space for one car, and private, shared gardens with lawn, shed for sailing storage, swimming pool and a private pontoon for guests bringing their own boat. Within 0.4 miles there is a shop, 0.1 miles a pub and 0.9 miles beach. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apartment 24 is an idyllic setting for a romantic costal getaway in Devon. Note: This is a first-floor apartment, but it can be accessed from street level. Note: One step up into the sitting room.
