Downstairs is a spacious open plan dining/sitting area with wood-burning stove and separate well-equipped kitchen. Outside there is a private garden with lawn area and sunny paved terrace. Warren Cottage is ideal for a family looking for a relaxing countryside break.

It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many popular events such as the annual Dart Music Festival, Dartmouth Food Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta. This historic town boasts interesting landmarks, such as Dartmouth Castle, the Britannia Royal Naval College, and the National Trust’s Greenway House just a short ferry ride away. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes.
