Charming village house in the heart of the Minervois wine region

The rue de l'ancien four was built sometime in the early 19th century. Mr. Fraisse, a rich wine merchant had a house built for his mistress ... just in front of his his own house - The story does not tell what his wife thought of it! The elegant fence also dates from that time. The courtyard is a great place to relax with a book or for alfresco dining. One enters through the kitchen which was renovated last year. Then comes the first living room with a fireplace. There are also two bedrooms downstairs (one with single bed and one with a double bed). The upper floor has a sunny and pleasant living room with a balcony, a bathroom and the third bedroom (double bed) with a terrace.

Casa muy limpia y bien equipada en un pueblo muy tranquilo.Los alrededores estupendos, con un montón de posibles planes (playas, ríos, pueblos,...).

Maison au calme dans village paisible

Maison très agréable, avec un beau potentiel mal exploité. une cuisine vieillissante à changer. Les chambres ne possèdent pas de placards, difficile donc de vider nos valises. Impossible de dormir dans la petite alcove sans fenêtre (odeur de renfermé). Malgré cela, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans un joli village pittoresque ou l'accueil chaleureux de notre hôte et des habitants fût très sympathique.

Demeure atypique

Très belle demeure , un extérieur magnifique , un charme retro et pour certains cotés vintage , rappelant de nombreux souvenirs , des placards regorgeant de surprises à mesure que l'on ouvre les portes ( jeux , vaisselles , livres , tout le nécessaire ... ) . Un joli petit village entre campagnes , rivières , lacs , a peine à une bonne demie heure de la mer . Un accueil chaleureux , un couple très disponibles et réactif. Une location à essayer sans risques , nous y avons passé une très belle semaine ( avec notre fille de 15 ans qui a même pu se passer de Wifi et de TV , tellement les journées été remplies ).

Maison de bourg à Pouzol-Minervois

Une petite maison de bourg très sympathique et agréable dans un environnement magnifique. L'accueil a été particulièrement soigné et chaleureux !

Leuke woning, enigszins gedateerd, maar goed te doen.

Voor onze smaak, maar dat is persoonlijk, iets te rustig en te afgelegen. Vriendelijke eigenaresse die ook Nederlands spreekt, wel zo makkelijk. Alles is aanwezig en werkt in de woning, maar de badkamer is wel aan renovatie toe en een tweede toilet zou prettig zijn. Ook is er geen wifi, wat soms onhandig is maar aan de andere kant misschien juist wel goed voor het vakantie gevoel!

maison agréable avec tout ce qu'il faut

nous avons passé 5 jours dans cette maison. nous étions 6 : 4 adultes, une ado et un bébé. c'est une maison agréable, assez fraiche pour le minervois en pleine chaleur. il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour pouvoir passer un agréable séjour au calme loin de la ville. pour le réseau et le wifi, il n'y en pas mais en s'éloignant dans les rues, notre ado a réussi à se connecter...

Maison de village paisible

Très jolie maison de village, bien équipée, très bon accueil et conseils pour découvrir cette belle région ! Situer dans un charmant village viticole avec des habitants chaleureux et accueillant. Une habitante fait office de boulangerie c'est le rendez-vous du village ! Super séjour. Très centrale, entre Cévennes et Montagne Noire on découvre un patrimoine riche notamment les châteaux cathares, les vignobles, les magnifiques rivières où chacun recherche son coin de paradis, les gorges heric, Minèrve,Carcassonne, Narbonne, les balades à vélo au bord du canal du midi, ... Bref un super séjour pour les amoureux de la nature ! Je recommande vivement cette location de vacance.

Ff lekker bijkomen

Heerlijke week gehad, het is een fijne plek om bij te komen – het is zo rustig in het dorp! Het huis is eenvoudig maar zeer netjes en sfeervol; heel fijn als je het leuk vindt om in een authentiek Zuid-Franse woning te verblijven. Het smaakte naar meer. Vele mogelijkheden voor sportieve activiteiten in de buurt – wij hadden vooral een voorkeur voor zwemmen en kanoën. De Lac de Jouarres is maar 10 min rijden en een prima (familie)zwemmeer. Voor kanoën adviseren wij Roquebrun, een uur rijden maar zeer de moeite waard. Ook kun je goede fietsen huren in een dorpje vlakbij, maar voor fietsen was het eigenlijk te warm.

Fijn dorpshuis in hartje Languedoc

Een lekker ruim dorpshuis in het hartje van de Languedoc. Het huis heeft hele dikke muren, waardoor het binnen redelijk koel blijft. De Languedoc is een prachtige regio en dit huisje is een goede uitvalsbasis om het gebied te verkennen. Vooral het Canal du Midi en de kastelen van de Catharen zijn aanraders. In het dorp zelf lijkt de tijd te hebben stilgestaan. Heel veel winkels zijn er niet op loopafstand, maar er is een goede wijncave, er is een dame die brood verkoopt en tegenover de wijncave zit een pizzaria. Dus alle basisbehoeften zijn aanwezig. Erg fijn om te kunnen barbecueën in het tuintje. De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en meegaand. Ze hebben ons van een paar goede tips over de regio voorzien.
