This large open floor plan can comfortably sleep 4. Furnished with a queen size bed and a pullout couch in the living room. You will have a convenient parking space around the building with only 2 short blocks to the beach and boardwalk! (surf lessons and rentals available toward north end!) You will also be in close proximity to the Asbury Hotel with rooftop bar and outdoor movie theater and walking distance to many of Asbury Park's amazing restaurants and booming nightlife!

Quiet place, close to beach.

I really liked the layout of this apartment (large bedroom, separate bathroom, great kitchen) and it was really cozy. There is parking on-site and it's a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The pull out couch in the living room was surprisingly comfortable, and it was a quiet stay. I don't think I will stay here again as there was an issue with a tenant in the building who was apparently not okay with the apartment being a vacation rental. He was very rude to me on multiple occasions, and I began not wanting to be there. I even had to walk around the block on one occasion as to not run into him because I was a little scared. The rental owner was quick to work on the issue and I really appreciated it. I felt as if she thought it was my fault that there was an issue, which made me more angry. But she doesn't know me and I might feel the same way if I were her. The building tenant was out of her control and she said this was the first time she had an issue with him. I would recommend this apartment to a very quiet single person or couple.
