This cottage is situated in the village of Llangrove, near Symonds Yat, and can sleep two people in one bedroom.
1 Bed Conversion is a first floor cottage located in the village of Llangrove, Ross-on-Wye. Hosting one king-size bedroom with en-suite, this property can sleep up to two people. Inside you will also find an open-plan sitting, kitchen and dining area with woodburning stove. To the outside is off-road parking, and an orchard to the rear with furniture, and a shared outdoor swimming pool. Resting in a pleasant village setting within beautiful grounds, 1 Bed Conversion is a scenic retreat in a wonderful part of England.
Amenities: Electric central heating with woodburning stove. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. All supplies for woodburner available at all times free of charge. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking. Orchard to the rear with bench. Shared non-heated outdoor swimming pool. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Nine steps up to lawned area, then further steps up to the cottage entrance, not suitable for the elderly or those with limited mobility. Note: Access by narrow lane. Note: Shared swimming pool available dependent on the weather during summer months only.
Note: This property has access to a three acre paddock which can be used for dog walking
