We are pleased to offer our home from home as an all year round destination in beautiful Chatel.
This spacious 2 bedroom apartment is perfectly located between Lac De Vonnes and the village centre of Chatel. 8 minutes walk to the restaurants and bars, tourist information, small supermarket, swimming pool, SuperChatel ski lift and ski hire etc.
Situated 250 meters from the lake Vonnes ski lift, gaining access to the vast Portes De Soleil ski area including La Linga and Pre la Joux. The free ski bus stop is immediately opposite the apartment.
Our apartment benefits from having direct access from the main road to the private underground garage. The accommodation is situated on the 3rd floor, has a lift and a individual ski locker.
Our cosy apartment is 45 sq. m and has stunning views across the valley from the living room balcony. The large entrance hallway has a lot of storage. There is a step into the master bedroom and bedroom two has bunk beds. Both bedrooms have further storage and a hair drier. The main living area comprises of a sofa bed, chair, large dining room table, breakfast bar and fitted kitchen (small fridge/freezer, 3 ring hob, oven/grill and coffee machine).
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are NOT included but can be arranged at a charge. Duvets and pillows are provided plus extra blankets for extra comfort.
Check in Fridays from 16.00 and check out at 10.00.
No Pets. No smoking.

Chatel is a wonderful, charming all year round destination. Plenty of winter sports during the ski season and superb walks/hikes, rafting, canyoning and mountain biking in the summer.

Chatel is situated approximately 9hours drive from Calais or 77km from Geneva Airport.

Great location and amazing views and good value

Really suited our family, it was clean and warm. It was in a good location and had great views. it had all the things you’d need in the kitchen. Shower was fine. No Wi-Fi or TV but we knew this and guess what… we had to chat and play cards and this made the experience even better.

Nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement de James et Bara pour 6 jours, à 5 personnes. L'appartement était fonctionnel et assez spacieux pour 5, sans être serré. Les deux chambres nous ont bien servi pour créer de l'intimité, et le séjour état parfait pour être tous réunis ensemble. La ligne de bus (navette pour les pistes) passe juste en bas de l'immeuble, il y en a à peine pour 5 minutes de bus pour rejoindre les remontées. James et Bara répondent facilement et sont disponibles pour toute question. Nous avons apprécié ce séjour à Chatel!

We had a good stay at the apartment during the week after Christmas. With 6 grownups , the livingroom was not very spacious but convinient. We didnot use the sofa in the livingroom but brought ourselfs 2 airmatrasses, so we slept with 4 persons in the main bedroom. This room is very large. The location of the apartment is very good, walking distance to the centre. There is a nice view on the mountains. There is no wifi and no television, but with our 4-G on the mobile phone was this not a problem. There belongs a garage to the apartment, that is nice, specially in wintertime. We had a great stay!
