This beautiful third floor townhome includes access to a private rooftop deck, creating an ideal romantic spot to watch the sunset. You’ll feel like a true Savannahian with “front door” access to Forsyth Park, Savannah’s largest park and popular location for weddings, music and food festivals.

Enjoy a little “me time” curled up on the couch with a good book, or catching up on your favorite shows. The living room is complete with a Queen size pull-out sofa bed, a 37" flat screen tv and DVD player - plus a bonus library of DVDs for your enjoyment. The bedroom has an additional seating area to enjoy reading a book or just watching the 50” television. When it’s time to get some shut-eye, slip between the sheets of the luxurious King sized bed. Come morning, you’ll be ready for a whole new day of exploring Historic Savannah.

No matter how you start your day - perhaps with a walk to nearby Sentient Bean for coffee and a scone, or some antique shopping at Alex Raskin Antiques on Monterey Square - you’ll want to end a night (or two) on the roof, enjoying a glass of wine and your private view.

We loved the location directly off the park. You walked out each morning feeling like a local amongst the gorgeous tree lined streets and buzzing atmosphere. The top floor unit is perfect for a restful nights sleep and the outdoor patio is a lovely addition. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We are retired and climbing two flights of stairs was hard when carrying luggage but it was not problematic otherwise. We loved the location near Forsyth Park. The home had all the items we needed to cook meals, lounge on rainy afternoons, and plenty of storage. However we were unable to find a broom/ dustpan or a Swifter for small spills. We thought the high glass table in the bedroom was inappropriately sized between the two seats and hazardous (luckily we did not have any young children with us). Overall, the bedroom was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Except for some dust here and there in the living/dining area, everything was clean and working. The bathroom was small but functional. Plenty of clean linens for two people. Would have liked to have had a box of tissue. We liked the decor and appreciated that magazines and dvds were provided. We did not use the outdoor area at all; a bit of an unsightly view. We thought it would have been helpful to have a small lamp on the dining table. The living room fan light and the floor lamp just weren’t adequate for reading or eating at the table. In general, we were pleased with the home and would recommend this location for anyone who doesn’t mind the stairs.

Great location! Stayed Mon-Fri nights, not over a weekend. There was plenty of free parking on nearby streets. Forsyth Park is so much fun and right there!We enjoyed being on the third floor, but it’s not for everyone as the stairs are narrow, steep, and a little slanted.Bring earplugs! The windows in the bedroom are single pane and a bit loose so you will hear sidewalk conversations, cars, motorcycles, and park activities (too) clearly and vibrations every time the AC kicks on. The nearby construction site contributed to the “symphony” of sound beginning each weekday morning around 6:30 am.Don’t want to sound overly negative, but would not recommend for light sleepers.

At first, I was apprehensive about some of the reviews being uncomfortable with the set of steps, but I would say to anyone it’s well worth the magnificent views of the parkWe took the steps as a challenge every morning and actually went up two steps at a time We incorporated it into our morning workout routine before we started our day I would highly recommend this location as it is close enough to be near all of the reasons for being in Savannah while yet having the slower pace of the local residence of the city of Savannah

Unit was located on third floor (walk-up), was physically beautiful, comfortable beds. Quiet overlooking Forsythe park. Street parking free, but hours of street cleaning strictly enforced even if cleaning completed. Unit climate control comfortable. 12 cup drip coffee pot with a package for 1 pot of coffee provided. Very soft sparkling clean towels.

Great place!

Fantastic location with quick access to the park and nearby squares. Near a busy street so there are some noises from traffic but nothing that kept us up at night. The apartment was super clean and bed was comfortable. It had the cutest spot to sit and overlook the park. Would recommend and would stay here again.
