La Bellaria is located on the hill of Turin, a recently renovated 18th century vineyard, surrounded by a splendid large garden and overlooking a beautiful hilly landscape.
More precisely, it is located on a hill near the ancient village of Rivalba, a place known for its white truffle, near Chieri and Castelnuovo Don Bosco. It is also an excellent starting point to visit the famous hills of Monferrato and Asti.
30km from Turin, it is also the ideal place to stay in the green and visit the city with its many attractions: Museums, Royal Residences, historic parks and cafes. From the Bellaria you can easily reach the Lingotto Fiere, home to important events.
The house is located near the town of Rivalba and Gassino inhabited centers where it is possible to find supermarket, fruit market, biweekly fruit, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, churches, the post office.
Moreover, it is possible to reach the center of Turin by bus leaving from Gassino.
The house is located on the first floor and consists of entrance living room with fireplace, dining table, TV, kitchen. A central corridor leads to 1 double bedroom with adjoining bathroom, a dressing room with 1 single bed, 1 large double bedroom with en suite bathroom. The living room overlooks a large terrace with a table, umbrella chairs and a cot.
Parking is located a few meters from the house.
