This historic and picturesque residential complex offers comfortable accommodation for up to 45 people. It is located in the heart of the Pla de l’Estany region, right next to Banyoles, between Girona, Figueres and the beautiful medieval town of Besalú.
It is located on a hill surrounded by beautiful surroundings and with magnificent views, an unbeatable environment to relax and enjoy free time.
The property was restored with great charm, respecting and preserving many original elements such as vaulted ceilings, wooden beams, terracotta floors or engraved stones. Even so, it incorporates all kinds of amenities to provide a high level of comfort.
“El Mas Ferrer” is the main house and is distributed over two floors, it consists of:
On the ground floor a large dining area with large tables, a beautiful living room with sofas and fireplace, a large reception room and a fully equipped kitchen.
On the first floor there are 5 air-conditioned rooms, two of which are suites with terraces. Here there is also a TV / conference room.
The "Cal Roc" is an integral part of Mas Ferrer but is in an independent construction before the use of the Gardener of Mas consists of two floors with living room, American kitchen and 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom.
"Cal Tia" is the old house of the masoveros. It is distributed over two floors and has a practical kitchen / living room with fireplace and outdoor barbecue. Right next to it is a beautiful room with a vaulted ceiling. On this floor there is a sink for people with reduced mobility. On the first floor, it has a double bedroom with air conditioning and a triple bedroom, both share a bathroom.
The garden is fully fenced and includes a large pool and outdoor seating areas, also has a barbecue and a table for al fresco dining.
The houses are rented independently or together for groups of up to 32 people or can also be rented separately for groups of 4-7 (Cal Tià), 14-21 (El Mas Ferrer) and 2-4 (Cal Roc) respectively.
In this case the garden and pool will be shared.
All buildings are made of stone with Mediterranean tile roofs and beams structure of noble woods, completely renovated, respecting the original furniture but at the same time incorporating all the elements of current comfort.
The set was built by Jaume Ferrer de Fontcoberta, who had obtained the privilege of generosity from Fernando the Catholic in 1486 and with this same spirit, the current owner puts at his disposal this historic site to enjoy this little paradise, far away of the world and noise, feeling for a few days in a unique framework.

Given the privileged environment where the complex is located, you can enjoy magnificent views during your stay, as well as pleasant excursions on foot or by bicycle to discover paths that will lead you to ponds, lagoons and viewpoints that are located in the area.
