Lovely house in a great location

This house is lovely and far bigger and better than the pictures suggest. It's in a great location, 5 minute walk to Burriana beach and 5 minute walk into town. Would love to stay again if ever in Nerja

great location, nice apartment

our check in was very smooth with the owner meeting us and showing us around. There is a garage and even though we rented a large station wagon, we were able to squeeze it in. the location is great with both the beach and the town a few minute walk away. Groceries also close by and the larger the mercadano is a 3 minute drive. no shortage of hot water and 3 bathrooms makes life pretty easy

Location Location

Big, comfortable town house and fantastic location with just a short stroll to the beach or old town. Well equipped for self catering and a huge south facing terrace for sun bathing. Our host Jose waited for our arrival, even though we had an eight hour flight delay, to show us the workings of the property and hand over the keys. Thankyou Jose from Terry and Jenny.

Nerja holiday house close to Burrijana - Great!

Really well placed house, a few minutes walk from the Balcony and Burrijana beach. The house was clean and all the facilities worked well. On street parking is difficult but there is a garage integral to the house (and you can get another if you ask the owner in advance). We would be really pleased to come back next year and thoroughly recommend for families. Thank you Juan

Good Value

Lots of space and having a garage was really excellent. Beds were comfortable. I would stress that the double room downstairs smells quite strongly of vehicle fumes as its window opens onto all of the garages for the block. It has no direct daylight or fresh air. This wasn’t a problem for us as we only needed 3 bedrooms. Some of the fittings could do with updating but everything worked and, for the price, it was still excellent value.

Lovely house in peaceful location.

Nice clean comfortable house in super quiet location. Jose met us on our (late) arrival to show us into the house and returned on check out day exactly when he said he would, which was great. The house pretty much had everything we needed. I appreciate that the owner would not want to issue multiple sets of keys (we had two), but we were six people who were not always spending the day together and each morning did start with a “key holders of the day” debate! We did manage, it was only a minor irritant - but a lock box at the gate might be helpful. Otherwise, absolutely no issues at all.

Ha sido una estancia estupenda, tanto que el año que viene repetimos! Jose estuvo atento en todo momento, la casa está genial, tiene todo lo necesario y aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y el salón. El chalecito era perfecto, limpio y cómodo. Muy cerquita de la playa. Está en una zona muy tranquila, pero que si quieres “marcha” en 10-15 minutos estás en el balcón de Europa, restaurantes y demás. Totalmente recomendable!!!!

We couldn't have asked for more. The house was very clean and spacious in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Jose met us on arrival and showed us round the accommodation. Situated within 25 mins walking distance of Burriana beach (uphill coming back). There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars also within easy reach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Property in an excellent location. Good size. Clean & tidy although a little bit dated,particularly the bathrooms. Just one complaint no one came to clean during the whole 14 days we stayed there.

Hola Mark, gracias por tus comentarios, y tu estancias en mi casa, pero la limpieza no está incluida en el precio, yo entrego la casa limpia, y en el contrato que firmamos hay una clausula donde pone que si la casa no se ha limpiado o retirado la basura , tendria una penalización en tu caso tenia que cobrarte porque la casa estaba muy sucia, y la basura sin tirar al contenedor Saludos Jose Juan Perez

Trevlig och rymlig bostad med gott om plats för oss fyra. Läget är mycket bra. Man bör vara en duktig bilförare för att komma in i garaget, mycket trångt. Välutrustat.
