The property is very well equipped to cater for all needs. Location is very good with superb views. All amenities are easy to walk to, steep up hill walk back but taxis are very reasonable. Multiple terraces to sit out on whether you want sun or shade. Communal pool is good and only a 5 minute walk, although there were no sunbeds to lounge on.

Extremely clean villa in a very quiet area. The beds were very comfortable and the accommodation was very well equipped. The pool area is a couple of minutes walk from the villa, the pool itself was a great size and even in the height of the season was always rarely used. Nice walk into Moraira town centre, approx 12 mins, very steep hill so not so good for less able people on the return journey, but a taxi was approximately 7. Nicole was a great host and very helpful and accommodating.

Lovely, well equipped apartment with fantastic views within walking distance of the town and beach. Large communal pool within 2 minute walk - very pretty and only used by a handful of residents Very helpful hosts. Would defintely recommend.

its a very nice apartment , close to all amenities but also peaceful and quiet at night. sleepingrooms are very nice and all have airconditioning. Would be nice though to also have this in the living room as it can get very warm during daytime. kitchen is small but well equipped. very suitable for a family of 5 or 6 . would rent it again.

We had a beautiful family holiday in Moraira and the villa was perfect.Check-in instructions were very clear and the villa was nice and clean and ready for our arrival.We were a family of 4 and we had lots of space.We loved the balcony which was perfect for eating and relaxing. The rooftop terrace was lovely and warm for sunbathing. The location is great, just a 15-20 minute walk into town for lots of nice shops, restaurants and bars as well as the beach. It’s a bit of a steep hill to walk back up to the villa from the town if you don’t have a car but it’s worth it for the spectacular view from the villa balcony! Communication with Nicole was great and there were lots of instructions for finding our way around e.g supermarkets, which was really helpful. We loved a daily wander to Pepe Le Sal for fresh croissants and bread!We used the tennis court, and also the pool which was huge.A great holiday in a lovely villa that we’d highly recommend!

Well appointed and positioned property, with a short walk (although big hill) into the lovely and lively town of Moraira. Probably worth mentioning that the larger bathroom is an en suite of the second twin, only accessible by the external steps, but the property feels so private it was easy to use (even though we weren’t using the second twin).The roof terrace was excellent and the outside balcony (with stunning views) was a perfect for a late tea if not eating out as well as breakfast every morning.The shared pool was also fantastic. Well maintained and with only a few quiet visitors, it was perfect for a cool off and big enough for a swim.Nicole provided timely, clear and helpful communication, prior to and during our stay.Highly recommend.

A lovely, very well equipped property with stunning views over the hills. Very comfy bed with the air conditioning a real bonus. Really clear and helpful communication with the owner made this an excellent base for enjoying the many delights of Moraira.
