Waterloo 2 is a pleasant cottage located on the outskirts of Llangollen, Denbighshire. Hosting three bedrooms; a ground floor king-size, and two first floor twin rooms, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to six people. Inside you will also find a kitchen, and a sitting room with a dining area. Only a five-minute walk to the centre of Llangollen, and embracing views of the river and park, Waterloo 2 is a delightful retreat in an inspiring part of Wales.

Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Several steps inside the cottage between rooms, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Some road noise may be heard however this is generally minimal. Note: Entrance door opens up onto a small walkway by the road. Note: Care is required when entering or exiting the property as they are situated on a road there could be passing traffic. Note: This property does not allow cats.

Llangollen is beautiful

Location was great for access to village, short walking distance to everything. Served it’s purpose but biggest issue is definitely communicating with the property management company. I tried reaching out with a few issues we had and still have not heard back days later. We typically don’t complain and just deal with things but we wanted things dealt with for the next people that stay. I recommended they didn’t rent this out again until dealing with a few safety issues but never heard back. Llangollen is stunning but I recommend staying somewhere else if you are not able to get ahold of these property managers and get answers. It could be an indication you won’t have help with any issues during your stay. If they deal with a few things I suggested this place would be great.

Great stay

Property is exactly as described. Yes there is traffic close to the property but this reduces significantly during the night I would not recommend this rental with young children but for adults it is great plenty of room for us clean tidy and well equipped. Parking is tricky but with another adult helping guide you in or out we had no problems. A lovely short walk I along the river into Llangollen and less than 5 mins walk to Aldi.
