Lovely villa Belvedere with four bedrooms and three bathrooms hated pool and heated jacuzzi from April to December.
To keep the pool warm, please cover the pool with the pool cover every night; if not, it will cool down the temperature of the pool:
Water temperature:
April, May, September, October 28- 35 degree,
June, July, August - 35- 40+ degrees
November 26-29 degrees, depending on if you cover the pool every night with the pool cover.


Distance by car from the villa to:
airport - 6 min,
Playa den Bossa -10 min,
old town and Pacha - 12 min, San Antonio, Amnesia and Privilege- 15 min.
This amazing property has a beautiful garden, jacuzzi, BBQ, two living rooms, two kitchens, two fireplaces, a big pool, sun loungers
Winter rental from November to April costs 3000 Euro per month.

This villa can sleep a maximum of 4 couples; if you are more, please don`t book it.
Party and loud music, animals are not allowed in this villa!!!!!

Before you book this villa please read and agree with the house rules:

We can organise also transport from the airport to the villa, grocery shopping, VIP tables in all clubs, rent of boats and yachts in Ibiza

HOUSE RULES


Before you book a villa flat all people from your group have to read, understand, and accept these house rules, if you don`t agree with the rules, please don`t book this villa!!!!

- Please respect a moderate noise level, as there are local families living around.

- Parties at the property and playing of loud music at the pool are not allowed! You can play music at the pool only from a smartphone who is connected with a small music box!!! Keep the doors and windows shut to avoid police interaction.

- Do not play loud music outside on the terrace, balcony, or garden area.

- you have to bring the rubbish to the bin and wash the dishes, if not the penalty is 50 Euro!!!

- Please respect that there are no more people allowed to stay in the Villa then the amount that has been booked.

- Do not leave the house unattended without closing the windows and doors.

- If a key is lost, we will immediately change all keys. For this, we will charge 250€ from the Deposit.

- Dishes must be washed and the kitchen must be cleaned before check out time.

You have 4 sets of keys for all doors of the building and 2 remote controls for the gate

About the security of the property:
-You always have to lock the door twice when you leave.
-you have to close and lock all windows and the balcony doors, when you leave the property and when you stay in the property
- Please turn off the lights inside the house, not outside, and turn off the air-con, when you leave the house.

Don`t smoke inside, only outside, please.

Please clean your feet, when you come back from the beach. At the pool, you have a shower. The sand can block the bathrooms when it is blocked you cannot take a shower and maybe you have to leave the villa and you have to pay for this 100 Euro on the top cash.If I cannot clean the bathroom and have to call a special company to clean it. You have to pay self the bill to this company!!!

If the villa is very dirty you must pay 100 Euro for the cleaning on the top.
The villa is very dirty:
- when on the ground have some liquids, glasses, oils, alcohol, cigarettes, papers etc, the walls are dirty, the bathroom is blocked, and you have to pay 100 Euro on top.

If you see any damages in the villa, you have to report them during the check-in. You have to pay for all damages that were not reported to you. If something doesn't work, please tell us straight away, not on the last day!!!

Please clean you make up with paper, not with the towels or with bedsheets. If I see that they are dirty from makeup, you have to pay for a new towel or for a new bedsheet.

Prices for missing or very dirty towels and bedsheets: small 15 Euro, big 25 Euro. Prices for bed sheets: small 50 Euro, big 75 Euro.

The owner does not take any responsibilities for lost or damaged or any personal injuries within the staying in the property

If you do not follow any of these rules, the contract can be canceled and you have to leave immediately the villa, without any money refund.

Late check-in from 0:00 until 6 am cost 50 Euro extra

People under 21 years old have to pay double security deposit =2000 Euro/ GBP/USD/CHF

The villa is beautiful, extremely spacious and well equipt. We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the beautiful garden. It is located close to Ibiza town (10 min drive) and also very accessible to San Antonio (it's on the road between the two. We would not hesitate to rebook at this wonderful villa.

We found the property to be a lovely home-base for us while we were in Ibiza. It fit our group of 8 people perfectly, and we experienced 0 issues with the property. The pool and yard are absolutely spectacular. Central to most things around town as well. Wifi was reachable in the garden and house. And our communication with the house manager was easy and he was always reachable.

Great experience. Very clean and spacious property, lovely pool and pool house. Plenty of space for 10+ people. It’s quite hard to find so taxis a challenge but the Ibiza Taxi app helped with that. The property owner also helpful to organise food trip/pick up etc.

The villa is very spacious and the property manager is very responsive to our needs. The pool is heated which is very nice. We couldn’t get the jacuzzi to warm up so it would be nice to have some detailed instructions on that part. The villa can be tricky to get an uber or taxi so I recommend just dropping the location pin on the map rather than typing in an address. Overall would definitely recommend.

We were a group of 7 friends, we had a great time hanging out around the pool for bbq during the day. There is plenty of room for more people. The house only offers the minimum when it comes to accessories and consumables (no shower gel, no kitchen towels, only plastic glasses, etc.) - just so you know.

Très bon séjour et hôte arrangeant pour le départ. Maison et annexe très spacieuses pour 2 familles. La maison était propre et bien équipée avec juste un bémol sur le lave vaisselle qui ne l’avait pas bien et des transats un peu abîmés pour la fin de saison. Nous étions 9 et même en faisant attention en prenant des douches rapides il pouvait parfois manquer un peu d’eau chaude. Il manquait des housse de couette car fin octobre il peut faire juste mais nous aurions pu les demander…dans le ensemble un très bon séjour avec la piscine et jacuzzi chaud, très agréable et un très bon emplacement pour visiter Ibiza.

In één woord fantastisch!

Wij verbleven in dit prachtige huis met twee gezinnen en hebben een fantastische week beleefd. Wij werden uiterst vriendelijk ontvangen en alles in en om het huis was tip top in orde. De tuin met zwembad was werkelijk waar een genot om in aanwezig te zijn. Het huis is vlakbij de hoofdweg gelegen waardoor het gemakkelijk is overal met de gehuurde auto te komen. Overigens heb je geen last van de weg, het is heerlijk rustig. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug. Thank you Alex.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief einwandfrei. Die Villa ist geräumig, gut gepflegt und bot reichlich Platz für uns 12 Personen. Mit dem Mietwagen oder Taxi benötigt man ca. 10 Minuten bis Playa den Bossa oder auch Ibiza Stadt. Wir werden sicher in den nächsten Jahren wiederkommen.

Great stay!

We had a very pleasant stay which the villa was clean and facilities were provided as per listing. The pool area is beautiful. Alex was very helpful even when I had contacted him months in advanced on queries, and always responded within an hour. The slight downside is the location - it is almost impossible to call a taxi so we had to use the same private driver Alex had recommended throughout the trip which is a lot more expensive than a radio taxi. However, the private taxi service was first class - always arrived on time and very flexible working around your schedule. Called the private driver at midnight to pick us all up after a night out and he turned up within 20 mins!

The villa lived up to all expectations. We were looking for a villa that could fit 10, had a pool, and had a quieter location. Villa Belvedere had all of those qualities and more. I would recommend a stay for a group looking for a place to enjoy the Ibiza sun!

Alex was an excellent host and made our visit extremely enjoyable. The house was out standing and the amenities fantastic. Alex met us when we arrived and provided a great rundown of the home and local attractions and restaurants etc including the personal touch of a large basket of fruit. I totally recommend using this home and Alex will make the visit very enjoyable. We stayed at the home for a few days and cant speakly more highly of the experience.

отдыхали компанией с друзьями. нам понравился бассейн и джакузи, приветливый хозяин который помог решить все вопросы с отдыхом. в доме много места, отдельная домик где можно жить в двоем или даже четвером. Парковки достаточно чтобы поставить 3 машины. Не далеко от пляжа салинас и плая ден босса
