Villa La Perla is a spectacular luxury villa with 380 m2, built in 2010 on a plot of 700 m2 with a private pool, garden and fantastic views. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The living room is very spacious and bright with a beautiful view of the garden and pool. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, and there is an outdoor dining area with a barbecue.



On the ground floor, we find a living-dining room, kitchen, laundry room, a bedroom with a 150x200 bed, and a bathroom with a shower.

The first floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and a large double bed 180x200 and a bathroom with a jacuzzi (but the jacuzzi system is not working) and an additional bunk bed (2 individual beds of 80x190). Another bedroom with 2 individual beds of 80x190 in Ferrari style. Third bedroom with a double bed of 160x200. There is another bathroom on the same floor with a bathtub.

The house has air conditioning in all bedrooms on the first floor, wi-fi, outdoor furniture, gardening service, and private pool maintenance. A villa with all amenities in the best residential area of the municipality, near supermarkets and 15 minutes from the beaches of Hospitalet de l'infant and Miami Playa.



The Arenal beach, in L'Hospitalet de l'Infant, is located in the urban centre and near the marina.

It is the largest beach in Hospitalet de l'Infant and the closest to the town, with fine sand, transparent waters and very flat.

For families with older children, this beach offers different nautical and sports activities, such as kayaking, sailing, kitesurfing, paddle surfing or windsurfing, among others and of course enjoying the sun, tranquillity and landscape.



The famous beach - Playa Cristal, is also located nearby. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the feeling that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. Here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well maintained and there are several different areas for different ages. In addition, Playa Cristal has a beautiful promenade with restaurants and bars and beach bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade connects with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and it is also a place with many excellent restaurants and bars.
