In the heart of the historic Prati district, renowned for the presence of numerous shops, restaurants, bars and ice-cream parlors, the CASA LUIGI apartment is located in an elegant building of the early 1900s.
Recently renovated, with attention to every detail, it consists of two large double bedrooms, with independent access to the two bathrooms, and a bedroom with two single beds, combined with the third bathroom in the corridor. The property is equipped with a living room with a sofa, and a kitchen in which it is desired to combine the functional functional part with a dining corner that recalls the family tradition. To enhance the structure the wellness area: a room with Jacuzzi for 4 people, equipped with shower, LED lighting, bluetooth and radio speaker.
Each room is equipped with a smart TV (Samsung 40) and air conditioning system.
The proximity of the places of interest makes this apartment particularly attractive. The Vatican Museums are 500 meters away, St. Peter's Square can be reached in 10 minutes through the ancient village. The metro and buses are just a 5-minute walk away.
The owners will welcome you by explaining all the resources that will make your stay pleasant and will be at your disposal for every wish.

Our host, Marzia, was gracious and helpful. The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and comfortable for our 3 couples. The location was quiet and convenient to Vatican City and the metro. There was a great market right across the street and an excellent restaurant right downstairs, Bibi Brace & Cucina.

Fabulous Host and Terrific Location

This is a wonderful property in a great location! Amenities abound and there is plenty of space to relax. It was hot in Rome during our stay so we did ride sharing for the longer trips within the city but this location is within walking distance of the Vatican, Castel Sant' Angelo, and a wide variety of shopping and dining. We highly recommend!

Roman Holiday!

This apartment is perfect! Three couples, lots of room, very very clean, great location and plenty of restaurants nearby. Across is a very nice supermarket as well. The VRBO hostess for this property is terrific, so easy and accommodating. We would glady recommend to others and we plan to stay there again on our next visit to Rome.

Fantastic experience at this beautiful apartment! Can’t say enough about Marzia, her hospitality and amazing property. The beds, rooms and bathrooms are all spotless, beautifully decorated. Excellent amenities, wonderful host who helped us with reservations, airport transportation and recommendations for things to see. Amazing Apartment Near Vatican

What a beautiful apartment conveniently located near the Vatican with easy access to all the sights in the city! Accomodations were even better then photos. Great restaurants in the immeidate area plus a grocery store accross the street! Marzia and Federico were excellent hosts and arranged transportation from train station to apartment as well as our ride to the airport. We highly recommend this apartment you will not be disappointed!!

Great apartment

We completely enjoyed our stay in the apartment in Rome. It was spacious enough for the 6 of us. It was within walking distance of the Vatican and a 15 minute Uber ride to the main train station. The host, Marzia was available and gracious to us before and during our stay. She arranged transfer to and from the airport and was available for questions along the way. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Nothing Short Of Amazing

Rome is already beautiful and historic, but what other way to enjoy it than this apartment!!! The jacuzzi was amazing to relax in. The beds were all very plush and comfortable. I got my best sleep on our 10 day Italy stay here. Also very close to everything worth visiting. Vatican was a 5-10 min walk. Restaurants and coffee all on the same block. Host spoke very good english which helped! I HIGHLY recommend, especially for families or groups.
