Fully furnished apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one bathroom en-suite. Kitchen with fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, extractor and induction cooking plate. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, ironing board/ironer, baby bed and all kinds of kitchen utensils , living room with Smart TV Spanish and satelite Dutch TV (Canal Digitaal). Air conditioning system (cold/warm). Two terraces (one south facing) with view over the swimming pools. WIFI.

Urbanization with beautiful decorations, nice gardens with a river that runs through, excellent location, modern and comfortable, suitable for family vacations. The kids will make friends quickly. The urbanization has two outdoor swimming pools, one with a small pool for small children and babies. There are three tennis/ paddle courts. Private covered parking.

In July and August minimum stay 1 week. Dates Villaricos festival minimum two weeks. Those of the festival for a couple of nights please DO NOT contact us.

Die Ferienwohnung von Estefania und Gerardo liegt nur wenige Kilometer von Stränden Andalusiens entfernt. Die Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und zwei Terrassen. Im Oktober und Anfang November war noch ein Swimmingpool mit Liegewiese geöffnet. Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit erreichbar und freundlich. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher gerne wieder. Kann die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen

Todo perfecto , el mejor alojamiento en Vera - Pueblo Salinas

Este alojamiento es ideal tanto para familias con niños de cualquier edad como para parejas que busquen tranquilidad. Súper equipado y limpio, camas confortables (muy importante en mi opinión), aire acondicionado, soleado y ventilado, precioso piso con vista a piscina, terraza delante y detrás ... nos encanta la ubicación dentro del recinto que es precioso todo él . Sin duda recomendable! Gracias por todo Gerardo y Estefanía !!! Hasta pronto 😊

WONDERFUL!

We were given a warm and friendly welcome (plus a bottle of wine!) from Gerd and Stephanie who showed us round the apartment and handed us two sets of keys. The complex is very secure with a key fob for the entrance gates and the apartment has its own parking space. The apartment is beautiful, very spacious and we were delighted to see how clean it is kept. It is well equipped with everything you could want, even an umbrella in case of rain! In our 4 weeks there, though, it didn't rain once. The TV is 'smart' and we were able to watch Netflix at any time as the internet connection is good. Very important to us...the beds are comfortable! The complex itself is very pretty and beautifully kept. We were there during the quieter time of February and March when it's advisable to have a car, particularly if you want to explore further. There's a nice café/bar with small shop just outside the complex but this doesn't open until Easter when everywhere is busier. It's a 20 minute walk, on the flat, from the complex to the bars, restaurants and a huge supermarket (Consume) in the area. However, the bus stop is not far out of the complex where buses run every hour to Mojacar Playa via all the stops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment and can't recommend it highly enough. Gerd and Stephanie are a lovely couple who will help you with anything you might need for your stay. We'll be back!
