Beautiful apartment in the urbanization Al Andalus in Vera Playa. With terrace, living room with TV, Wifi, kitchen (with refrigerator and freezer, ceramic hob, oven, extractor, washing machine and microwave) 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite). Cold / hot air conditioning system. Plaza covered parking.
Urbanization with beautiful decorations, excellent location, modern and comfortable, suitable for family vacations. Outdoor pool with a small pool for small children and babies, open from 1 June to 30 September, outside those dates there is a heated indoor pool (consult dates). Tennis/paddle court. Several apartments available.
In July and August minimum stay 1 week.
Electrical consumption :
Stays up to 21 days : A reasonable electrcity consumption of up to 10 KW /day is included in your reservation. Excess consumption will be charged extra.
Stays over 21 days as well as all stays Out of Season : Electricity is not included and will be charged in full according to comsumption. There is a meter/counter in the appartment for your monitoring.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles da was man braucht und mehr. Sauber. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Toller Urlaub in Vera
Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in Vera, ein ganz tolles Appartment, zum Strand mit dem Auto keine 5 Minuten , selbst mit dem Bus der direkt die Haltestelle vor der Appartment Anlage hat alles super erreichbar. Der Pool war sehr schön. Der große Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke, wirklich ideal.
Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt der trotz 2 Wochen zu kurz war.
