A stunning front line apartment located in the prestigious Dolphin Quays development on Poole Quay. This is a luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located on the 4th floor. An extremely spacious apartment with balcony. Stunning 180 degree panoramic views out over the Visitors Marina, Brownsea Island and the Purbecks beyond.

Main entrance lobby from The Quay. Lifts directly to 4th floor. Spacious hallways to front door. Hall leading to spacious open plan Lounge / Dining area with doors to Balcony - direct Harbour views. Beautifully furnished and comprehensively equipped throughout. Comfortable corner sofa. Dining table with six chairs. Fully fitted Miele kitchen with breakfast bar. Master bedroom (super-kingsize double bed) with en-suite bathroom (bath and separate shower, sink and toilet). Second bedroom (Twin 3ft beds or zip and link making a 6ft superkingsize double 6ft 6ins long). Family bathroom (walk in shower, sink and toilet).

Parking - One reserved parking space in the developments own secure car park (max height 2m/6`6").

Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryers.

Technology - 65 inch Smart TV with freeview. DVD player, Superfast WIFI, Telephone, Roberts Radio (DAB/RM/CD Player/Internet/Bluetooth/ipod connection), HP printer for laptop. Smart 49 inch TV in master bedroom.

Kitchen - Fridge / Freezer, Dishwasher, wine fridge, 5 burner gas hob, feature extractor hood, electric oven, fitted microwave, coffee machine - Nescafe Dulce Gusto. Utility cupboard with washer / dryer machine.

Restrictions - No smoking. No pets.

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

The Neighborhood:
POOLE QUAY - Poole Quay is an exciting, ever-changing blend of maritime activity and a focal point for a wide range of entertainment and leisure pursuits. Pleasure craft offer trips direct from the Quay to Brownsea Island , Sandbanks and beyond, whilst anglers can book fishing trips at the Fisherman`s Quay . If you simply want to promenade along the waterfront past the visitors` marina and have a meal and a drink, then the Quayside and Old Town areas are packed with excellent restaurants, pubs and winebars offering huge variety and choice. From the Quay, shoppers can stroll up the pedestrianized High Street, with its wide range of retail outlets and facilities. Safe Blue Flag sandy beaches at Sandbanks, Branksome and Alum Chines are just 15 minutes away by car and the natural beauty of The New Forest is approximately 30 minutes distance away. A short trip on the Sandbanks chain ferry offers the option of even more beautiful beaches skirted by sand dunes and walks in the National Trust protected Purbeck Hills.

Our stay at riva

A lovely apartment with excellent views of poole quay and brownsea island, made even better as the weather was nice too! Nicely furnished and very clean, just the sofas a little uncomfortable, we will definitely return as overall a lovely stay! And high praise for Quay Holidays who are always very helpful

Excellent quayside location.

Very impressive and beautifully furnished apartment fully equipped with everything we needed. Outstanding views of Poole Harbour from every room. Numbering in the carpark was not very clear and there was no signage to and from the apartment.

Perfect location

We have stayed on a quay seafront property previously. This was the best property so far. The views were amazing and everything in the apartment was modern and good quality. Had a small problem on departure day a power cut had taken all the lifts down and this was the fourth floor. This caused a few problems but overall had a great holiday. Will consider again for next year.
