Poetto Beach Cottage
Delightful detached cottage 300 m from the sea, it has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed with private bathroom. The other two are with single beds and a half. One of them has a mezzanine with a one and a half fouton. If desired, it can accommodate up to eight people. It has a large garden with barbecue and a front patio with table. The kitchen is fully equipped. And the living room has a fireplace. The heating during the winter is given by two heat pumps, one in the living room and one in the large room with a private bathroom. Two mobile gas stoves, a wood stove. The bathrooms are heated by electric wall-mounted radiators.
