Kitchenette

The fully equipped kitchenette includes all amenities you will need to cook a traditional Italian meal, including Electric Oven, Mini Fridge, Kettle and Small Induction Hob. You are welcome to enjoy your breakfast or lunch here if you prefer to eat in the privacy of your accommodation.

Private Terrace

You are welcome to use the large and private terrace area to enjoy a dinner or drinks should you prefer not to dine outside. As the apartment has kitchen facilities you can also choose to enjoy your breakfast here with the beautiful view. The living area is also connected to the main terrace which consists of a kitchenette and a chill out corner.

Guest Access

During your stay, you will have complete private access to the whole apartment, including the private terrace; there are no shared common areas with other guests. The Apartment is located on the fourth floor, you are welcome to use either the lift or stairs. Please note, upon entry to the guest house there is a small common area with an info point.

Other details to note

Extra costs to be kindly provided at the check in:

• Cleaning fee: 150€ total per stay

• City Tax: 4€ per adult, per night

• Pets Fee: 20€ per pet, per night

• Late check in cost: 50€ (7.00 pm - midnight)

Interaction with guests

Damage and Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Parking

We offer to our guests a new Luxury and stress free service of Car Valet with pick up and delivery of the car at the property. The car will be parked in an outdoor/indoor private parking with 24h surveillance. Anytime you need the car during your stay you just need to call the parking staff 30 minutes in advance you need the car for and it will be delivered to your place. Cost is 25€/night for a Car and 35€/night for Vans.
