We had a great stay at the cabin. Clean, private, well stocked and a great location. Only thing that would make it even better is a queen bed in the upstairs bedroom to accommodate a party of 4 adults because it just has a double.

Hi Linda, Thanks for the kind review. We're glad you enjoyed your stay. And yes, we will be looking into replacing the full sized bed with a queen. Great suggestion! Safe travels, Eric and Sue

Great cabin in a great location. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed the fireplace and the wrap around decks. The deer and wild turkeys came by most days to say hello. Feels secluded but you're not far from many of the activities. Highly recommend seeing a play at the Peninsula Players Theater, which is literally down the street. Great venue and the play was very good! The Cherry Hut, only 3 minutes away. was a nice place to grab a beer or cherry pie. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return?

We had a wonderful stay in this log cabin home at end-of-September! The home is spacious, clean, well-appointed, with a well-stocked modern kitchen, and roomy bedrooms with comfortable beds. We had missed the detail that there is no TV in the downstairs living/family room - the gorgeous fireplace is the showpiece in that room (the Smart TV is upstairs in the loft). We enjoyed a fire in that beautiful fireplace each evening. Great location in Fish Creek, and enjoying a show at the Peninsula Players Theater couldn’t be easier - it’s just down the road! Highly recommend this home!

Thanks, Karen! Yes, we purposely put the TV in the upstairs loft because we want the cabin's focus to be the cabin itself, Door County and, hopefully, our guests. We certainly can be clearer about that in the description, so thanks for this feedback. Safe travels! Sue and Eric

We had a wonderful stay in Door County. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with plates, glassware, silverware and cooking utensils. The house was centrally located to all of the Door County towns, making driving distances very reasonable. We would definitely stay at this property again.

The cabin is nicely set back from the road (quiet road too) and is peaceful. Every morning we got to watch deer outside the front door. The cabin is a few miles from Fish Creek which we preferred so we weren’t always surrounded by mass amounts of people! The cabin is always clean and the host is easy to get in contact with.

The cabin is an excellent example of a warm and woodsy home wonderfully appointed, simple and welcoming. My wife and I needed a retreat from the world and this cabin gave that to us. We hope to return in the future. Sincerely, Tom.
