Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem kleinen Haus mit 2 Wohnungen. Dazu gehört ein Sitzplatz und ein Garten der einlädt zum verweilen. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb vom Zentrum und sehr ruhig. In etwa 20 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuss das Meer oder das Zentrum von Ile-Rousse. Wir verbrachten 12 Nächte in dieser Wohnung und waren begeistert. Es ist der ideale Ort, um sehr entspannt Ferien zu machen. Der Vermieter Philippe Janeau überzeugte durch seine Freundlichkeit und war sehr zu vorkommend.

À recommander chaudement !

Excellent accueil de Philippe et sa femme Jackie pour cette location meublée idéalement située au calme et à quelques minutes de Île Rousse. Rien à redire à la location tout à fait conforme à la description (nous avions même un lave vaisselle non mentionné car les locations disponibles n'en sont pas toutes équipées). Les propriétaires sont de plus sensibles à l'amélioration constante de leur offre de location. Pour info nous avons vécu les intempéries de ce mois d'août sur place et tout s'est bien passé. À recommander sans hésiter.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location. L’appartement est très bien situé, très fonctionnel avec un emplacement de parking devant. Tout est à disposition. Les transats à l’ombre sous le figuier est un vrai bonheur !! Merci à Philippe pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Raphaël

Un petit havre de paix.

Petit pavillon très agréable, calme, bien équipé, disposant de zones d'ombre à l'extérieur bien appréciables par ces grandes chaleurs. Propriétaire sympathique et disponible. A noter que la plage de l'Ile Rousse est à 2,4km. Elle est très accessible, protégée du vent, avec du sable doux, parfaite pour les enfants ou les personnes un peu fragiles.
