In Follo Alto, Val di Vara area, there is my house where you can find the space and the tranquility that you need. At only 23min. to the train station in La Spezia, or 35min. to Riomaggiore and Lerici as well as car, so imagine how to stay outside 5 terre .. far away from the croud, having a kitchen and a patio. It is a dishwasher and a washing machine.

Très satisfait de notre séjours très calme et reposant maison très propre décorée avec goût en plus les italiens sont cool attention tout de même elle se trouve en haut d'une petite montagne j'y retournerai sans hésiter merci .

Mängel in der Beschreibung und Kommunikationsprobleme
Bei Ankunft mussten wir den Schlüsselsafe in einem chaotischen Kellergewölbe nach Angaben in italienisch suchen. Die in der Beschreibung angegebene und im Foto abgebildete, sehr schön möblierte Terrasse existierte nicht mehr, sondern nur eine verschmutzte zugewachsene Fläche. Gerade die Terrasse war ein Grund dieses extrem abgelegene und nur auf schmalen kurvenreichen Wegen zu erreichende Haus zu buchen.
Der Titel "Zwei Schritte außerhalb von Cinque Terre" trifft die Entfernung absolut nicht (35 Min. bis La Spezia.).
Infomaterial, das man hier besonders nötig gehabt hätte, gab es nicht. Der Vermieter war nur telefonisch zu erreichen und reagierte auf unsere Beschwerden bezüglich der Terrasse nicht. Auch das Thema der Müllentsorgung wurde nur auf unsere Anfrage so geklärt, dass die Eltern des Vermieters den Müll abholten. Obwohl wir diesen im Kellergewölbe deponiert hatten, da wir unterwegs waren, hat man unser Haus betreten, um einen Behälter abzustellen. Dies ist für uns ein absolut unzulässiges Verhalten.
Wir werden mit Sicherheit nur noch dort buchen, wo der Vermieter vor Ort erreichbar ist.

Neues Haus oberhalb von La Spezia
Das Haus ist geräumig und alles ganz neu. Es war alles sehr sauber und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick. Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch, aber die Strasse dorthin ( 3 km) ist sehr eng, kurvig und steil. Bis La Spezia benötigt man ca. 30 Min. . Es fehlte etwas Infomaterial, wo das nächste Restaurant oder Supermarkt etc. ist. Den Vermieter haben wir leider nicht zu Gesicht bekommen, es war aber Kontakt über fewo möglich und wurde auch schnell beantwortet.

Great trip
Our holliday was amaizing ! The house of Allesendro is perfect, and the terrace have a great view. When you are il Follo your are not far away so many town (cinqua terra, Pise, Porto Venere, Lerici...) it’s Perfect if you want travel and visite. Allessandro is verry kind and you can ask him anything. A most beautifful of my travel.

Merveilleux!
Cette location correspond au delà du descriptif en ligne. Cette maison a été refaite récemment avec réellement tout le confort dont on peut avoir besoin en vacances. Tout est neuf, l’équipement y compris. Rien ne manque, tout est là dans le moindre détail. Même la déco est faite dans le détail et avec beaucoup de goût. L’emplacement est correct, commerces et activités locales entre 10 et 20 minutes de voiture. La terrasse est splendide et très bien aménagée. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Un grand merci à Alessandro et ses parents toujours en contact et de très bon conseil.
