Our low cost apartment has been recently renovated. It has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and another with one single bed, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom with a shower.

The low cost Classbedroom apartment is the best priced of all our apartments for groups.

Our low cost apartment is located in the quiet residential area of La Sagrera. It is two minutes from a typical Barcelona neighbourhood market where you can buy fresh produce and see how people really live in Barcelona.

The apartment is located just 15 minutes by metro without making a change in Plaza Catalunya (city centre) and 8 minutes by metro to the Sagrada Familia. The nearest metro station is just a 2 minute walk from the apartment.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
CHECK IN- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.

- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.

- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.

- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.

- We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.

- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security.

- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

HOURS:- Check in time: from 3.00pm onwards.- Departure time: before 11.00am- Please inform us of your expected arrival time

DEPOSIT- Your deposit payment will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours as soon as the vacated apartment has been checked.

OTHER CHARGES- Tourist tax not included in the final price
