This bright and elegant apartment has been totally renovated and designed to provide maximum comfort in a welcoming ambience to ensure a perfect and memorable stay, whether you are on holiday or travelling for business. It comprises a warm and comfortable lounge-diner, offering panoramic views of Barcelona, together with a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and three bedrooms that boast highly comfortable, latest generation mattresses.
The apartment is close to the marvellous Font Màgica fountain, with its spectacle of light and sound, the Fira de Montjüic Conference Centre (Trade Fair Complex), the Plaza de España, the mountain of Montjüic, the Catalonian National Art Museum, the Miró Foundation, the Olympic Stadium, the Palau Sant Jordi complex, the Caixa Forum Foundation, the Greek Theatre and the Spanish Village exposition. Also nearby is the Tickets Restaurant, belonging to the Ferran Brothers and Albert Adriá, and the seafood restaurant, Marisquería Rías de Galicia.
This apartment is well connected, with several Metro lines that will take you to the city centre in a few minutes, where you can visit the main points of interest, such as Plaza de Catalunya, Paseo de Gracia, Batllo House, La Pedrera house, the Sacred Family Basilica, the Gothic District, the Cathedral, the Ramblas and the Olympic Marina. Furthermore, the Aerobus, which will take you to the airport in 15 minutes, and the Barcelona Tourist Bus both stop outside the apartment.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
CHECK IN- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.
- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.
- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.
- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.
- We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.
- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security.
- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.
HOURS:- Check in time: from 3.00pm onwards.- Departure time: before 11.00am- Please inform us of your expected arrival time
DEPOSIT- Your deposit payment will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours as soon as the vacated apartment has been checked.
